정부기업의 브랜드경쟁력에 대한 측정·분석: 우체국 인터넷쇼핑을 중심으로 (Cadastral Spatial Information System and Providing the Services)

초록

생산자와 소비자 사이의 직거래가 가능한 전자상거래 유통방식이 매년 급증함에 따라 인터넷을 통한 상품 매매에 대한 보다 구체적인 마케팅 전략이 필요하다. 특히 정부기업인 우체국의 경우 각종 지역 농산물을 포함하여 다양한 상품을 판매하고 있으나 그에 따른 인터넷 상거래의 소비실태, 관련 사이트의 운영, 마케팅 등에 대한 비교분석이 부족한 상황이다. 뿐만 아니라 우체국 인터넷쇼핑에 대한 브랜드 이미지와 고객 수요 분석을 위해서 생산자 중심의 전통적인 유통마인드를 소비자 중심으로 변화시키는 노력이 요구된다.
이 연구의 범위는 다음과 같은 내용으로 구성된다. 첫째, 전자상거래와 관련된 학문적이고 이론적 논의를 바탕으로 쇼핑몰과 우체국 인터넷쇼핑이 일반적으로 판매하는 제품, 혹은 판매방식에 대한 개념은 무엇인가에 대해 확인하고자 한다. 둘째, 옥션, 인터파크, 이마트 등 대형 e쇼핑몰들의 분석을 통해 우체국 쇼핑만의 새로운 운영모델로 활용할 수 있는 대안을 모색하고자 한다. 셋째, 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 브랜드 경쟁력 분석으로 실제 설문조사를 통해 인터넷 쇼핑몰과 우체국 인터넷쇼핑의 브랜드 인지도 및 만족도 평가를 통해 향후 인지도를 높이기 위한 방안에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 넷째, 우체국 인터넷쇼핑의 서비스 평가 및 이용패턴 분석으로 실제 설문조사를 통해 나타난 다양한 우체국 인터넷쇼핑의 서비스를 평가 한다.
결론적으로 이러한 내용을 바탕으로 우체국 인터넷쇼핑의 브랜드경쟁력을 통해 새로운 운영방안을 제시하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study present the basic direction of the 'basic plan of the national spatial information policy(2011-2015)' to provide openly and publicly to users by linking and integrating 3D dynamic information; the direction of the 'building 3D cadastral spatial information system' on the premise of the 'spatial information open platform' as a practical strategy; realistic frame for building the 3D cadastral spatial information; and the direction to provide, use and apply the services according to the type of 3D cadastral spatial information.
For the building of the 3D cadastral spatial information system, system requirements and main features were proposed in terms of the relevance of the three item - 'speed', 'database' and 'reliability' - as well as on the linkage with the spatial information open platform. In addition, for the building of the 3D cadastral spatial information, a three-step information building was suggested considering especially the technical aspects(DB standardization and compatibility, and security and encryption) associated with the use of distributed private data.
Regarding the direction to provide 3D cadastral spatial information services, it was proposed separately in the way of web application(mash-up) and data purchase, considering data types and service users(public institutions, private companies, developers and users). Finally, the utilization of the services was presented partitively for the public institutions(efficient land management, three-dimensional urban planning, facility maintenance, licensing reviews, local tax collections, protection of owner's property rights, provision of disaster prevention information, marine management, etc.); private companies (licensing preparation, feasibility study, yield increase, tourism complex content development, etc.); developers(revenue model creation through the development of applications using web integration); and users(utilizing for the field of education, checking urban planning facilities around the residence; and real estate sales information(right to sunshine, prospect right, slope, etc.)
