초록

저성장기 일자리창출의 대안으로 창업이 강조되고 정부 지원책도 많은 상황에서 스타트업 기업의 성공률을 높이기 위한 비즈니스 모델과 구체적인 사업계획 수립에 대한 사례연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 ICT융합 제조기업의 비즈니스 모델 수립과 전략과제 구체화에 대한 사례를 제시한다. 비즈니스 모델의 구체화 단계를 살펴보면, 첫째 현황파악단계에서 사업의 추진배경과 사업아이템을 분석한다. 둘째 사업화 방안과 초기 비즈니스모델을 분석한다. 셋째 사업아이템의 타당성 분석을 위해 기술성·시장성·경제성을 분석한다. 넷째 사업화 전략수립을 위해 To-Be 비즈니스모델과 전략과제를 도출한다. 다섯째 사업추진계획 수립을 위해 추진로드맵 구축과 손익분석을 실시한다. 비즈니스 모델 수립을 위해 각 단계별 방법론과 사례기업의 적용 방안을 제시한다.
국내에서 창업보육센터에 입주한 기업의 3년 후 생존율은 일반기업에 비해 높게 나타나고 있다. 이는 창업보육센터에서 사업아이템의 구체화를 위해 체계적으로 비즈니스모델, 마케팅, 시제품 및 경영관리에 대해 지원 받기 때문이다. 모든 창업 기업이 창업보육센터에 입주할 수 없는 상황에서 비즈니스 모델 구체화를 사례화한 본 연구는 ICT융합 제조기업 창업자가 사업아이템을 비즈니스 모델로 구체화하는데 도움을 주리라 기대한다. 또한 스타트업 기업의 성공률을 높이는데 도움이 되리라 기대한다.

The foundation is actively encouraged as an alternative to job creation by the low growth, in the case study of the business model and the concrete measures of business items to enhance the success of startup companies in the government support policy also many situations, insufficient there's is a reality. In order to establish a business model, it presents the application of the proposed methodology and case company of each step.
