초록

This study is focused on finding out the problems of the law related to the accommodations and suggest the desirable way to modify it. As the result of analysis, the law related to accommodations has been managed by eight government divisions and controled by eight individual laws. The eight government divisions are Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, Ministry of Public Administration and Security, Ministry of Health and Welfare, Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, Ministry of Environment and National Forestry Administration. And the eight individual laws are Tourism Promotion Act, Special Act on the Establishment of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and the Establishment of International Free City, Public Health Control Act, Act on the Rearrangement of Agricultural and Fishing Villages, Juvenile Activity Promotion Act, Natural Parks Act, Forestry Culture and Recreation Act and Urban Parks and Green Ground Act. Therefore to develop the accommodation industry consistently, the law related to accommodations should be unified and managed by one government division. And also it is desirable to make it independent from Tourism Promotion Act.
