사회적 의사소통장애 중재 프로그램 및 콘텐츠에 관한 전문가들의 인식 연구 (A Study on Awareness of Specialist about the Intervention Program and Content of Social Communication Disorders)

초록

이 연구는 전문가들의 인식을 조사함으로써 사회적 의사소통장애 중재 프로그램 및 콘텐츠 활용과 연구개발에 유용한 자료를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이 목적을 위해 언어재활사 및 특수교사 117명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였고, 이를 통해 분석된 주요 결과는 2개의 주요 개념이다. 첫째, 사회적 의사소통장애 및 중재 프로그램 및 콘텐츠에 대한 일반적 인식을 살펴본 결과, 기존에 비해 의사소통장애 중재 프로그램 및 콘텐츠의 필요성이 높고 콘텐츠 개발 및 지원확대가 강조된다. 또한 사회적 의사소통장애는 자폐스펙트럼장애를 포함하여 지적장애, 정서행동장애에서도 나타며, 이들은 다양한 맥락에서의 의사소통의 결함과 상호작용의 어려움을 가진다. 따라서 이들의 사회적 상호작용을 위해 요구되는 기초적인 의사소통이 중재의 목표가 되며, 가정과 연계된 프로그램과 구조화된 환경과 비구조화된 환경의 적절한 조화의 중재환경 및 지원이 요구된다. 둘째, 사회적 의사소통장애 중재 프로그램 및 콘텐츠에 대한 전문가들의 요구에서는 웹기반 콘텐츠 및 스마트폰 앱과 같은 공학적 기반 프로그램 콘텐츠의 필요성을 강조하였다. 그리고 사회적 의사소통장애 중재 지원에서는 전문가역량 강화를 위한 연수 및 교육 지원, 관련 콘텐츠 보급 확대, 사회적 의사소통장애 아동을 포함한 가족 지원, 연계 프로그램 참여를 위한 중재 환경 제공 지원 등도 강조되었다. 결론적으로 사회적 의사소통장애 아동의 언어수준을 고려한 다양한 콘텐츠 및 접근성이 높은 콘텐츠의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구는 향후 사회적 의사소통장애 중재프로그램 및 콘텐츠 연구 개발에 유용한 기초적 자료를 제공한다는 점에서 그 의의가 있을 것이다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to present useful data for social communication disorder intervention program and content utilization and research and development by examining experts' perceptions. For this purpose, 117 speech-language pathologist and special teachers were surveyed, and the main results analyzed through this were two main concepts. First, as a result of examining the general perception of social communication disorder and intervention program and content, the need for communication disorder intervention program and content is higher than before, and the development of contents and expansion of support are emphasized. Social communication disorders also appear in intellectual and emotional behavioral disorders, including autism spectrum disorders, and they show defects in communication in various contexts and have difficulty in interaction. Thus, the basic communication required for their social interaction becomes the goal of intervention, and the intervention environment and support of appropriate harmonization of the program linked to the assumption and the structured environment and the unstructured environment are required.Second, As a result of experts' demands for social communication disorder arbitration programs and content, they emphasized the need for engineering-based program content such as web-based content and smartphone Application. In addition, support for training and education to strengthen professional competence, expansion of the dissemination of related contents, support for families including children with social communication disorder, and support for providing an intervention environment for participation in linked programs were also emphasized. In conclusion, it is necessary to develop various contents and highly accessible contents considering language level of children with social communication disorder. This study will be meaningful in that it provides basic data useful for the development of social communication disorder intervention programs and content research.
