초록

This study is a statistical analysis of a patient’s parameters affecting cancer trackingfactors for pancreatic cancer identification in a double-point PET/CT scan. The correlationcoefficient between the C-value that distinguishes pancreatic cancer and the patient's genderwas not significant (p<0.05). Through statistical analysis, the patient’s age, gender, and 18F-FDGinfusion were not statistically significant in identifying pancreatic cancer (p<0.05). In the Pearsoncorrelation analysis, the correlation coefficient r=0.725 of C-value and delayed SUVm was highlyevaluated. The correlation index r=0.32 between the primary PET/CT 60 min scan SUVm andthe C-value performed 60 min after 18F-FDG injection is low.In other words, applying a delayedtest to track pancreatic cancer is statistically more useful than a single time PET/CT Scan(p<0.05). The delay Scan time that distinguishes benign disease from pancreatic cancer is 120minutes more useful than 180 minutes (p<0.05). This study is meaningful in that it presented astatistical approach to the usefulness of the parameters of cancer follow-up SUVm, C-velue, andthe parameters of patients and the delayed test time in dual time point PET/CT Scan.
