생물 예비교사들의 교수 학습 과정안 작성 능력에 대한 분석 연구 (A Study on the Lesson Planning Ability of Pre-service Secondary School Biology Teachers)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the lesson planning ability of pre-service biology teachers for secondary school biology class. For this study, we analyzed 58 lesson plans created by senior students, who had taken classes on theory of science education, studies of materials in science, teaching method, and teaching practices in school. Lesson plans of pre-service biology teachers were analyzed according to the teaching framework, so they used appropriately constructs of prerequisites learning, writing learning objectives, and stimulating the motivation to learn. Moreover, most of pre-service biology teachers created coherent lesson plans with considering the time allocation. However, some of them did not present learning objectives, and wrap-up and evaluation. Those findings imply a need to introduce educational approaches to improve their ability of lesson planning, and educational programs mentored or coached by in-service teachers, and using peer feedback and instructor feedback on planning lessons for pre-service teacher training program.
