신앙·성사·교계 안에서 교회와 친교 보존 (The Preservation of Communion with the Church in the Faith, Sacrament, and Hierarchical System)

초록

포스트 코로나(Post-Corona)로 그리스도교 신자들이 교회에 결속되지 않고 교회라는 공간 안에서 이루어지는 물리적인 친교가 급감하면서 신앙생활에 위기가 찾아온듯하다. 또한, 이러한 사태를 통해 가톨릭 신자들이 타 종교에 비해 교회에 대한 소속감이 부족하고 성사의 요청이나 전례의 시간 결정에 수동적이라는 사실이 밝혀졌다. 이러한 상황을 극복하기 위해 교회의 친교에 관한 이해는 깊어져야 한다. 그리고 시대의 흐름에 따라 그에 대한 적용의 연구는 더 활발해져야 한다. 본고에서는 제2차 바티칸 공의회에서 강조된 친교의 교회를 성사, 통치, 신앙의 유대 안에서 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 입법된 1983년 법전을 이해하기 위해 사전 작업으로 1917년 법전의 친교와 1983년 법전 안에 담겨진 친교 보존과 관련된 조항의 입법과정을 연구하였다. 여기서 도출된 결실과 더불어 1983년 법전 조항들 안에 담겨있는 세 가지 유대의 친교와 관련된 규정을 살펴보고 또한 그 상호 관계도 연구하였다. 그 결과 법적 제한성 때문에 축소될 수도 있는 교회법의 친교 규정이 공의회의 신학적 통찰을 아주 깊게 반영하고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 이러한 조항들의 연계적 적용을 통해 세 가지 유대를 통한 친교의 범위를 넘어서서 하느님 백성 전체 안에서 이루어지는 친교의 확장도 새롭게 펼칠 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다. 이것이 가능하기 위해 ‘성사적 친교’가 모든 그리스도교 신자의 일치를 방해하는 벽을 허물고 모든 친교의 근간이 되는 가운데 ‘통치의 친교’가 공의회의 정신과 복음의 빛 안에서 ‘교계적 봉사의 친교’로 이해되고 적용되어야 한다는 결론을 도출했다. 결국, 하느님으로 출발하여 성령으로 가능한 모든 그리스도교회의 친교의 완성이 각 교파의 교리를 고수하는 신념이 아니라 서로 간에 비난과 불신을 종식하고 열린 친교의 문을 ‘신앙의 친교’로 넓혀가는 가운데 공의회가 지향하고 교회법이 구체화한 하느님 백성 전체의 친교로 실현됨을 확인했다.

영어초록

With Post-Corona, Christians are not bound to the church, and the physical communion that takes place in the space of the church has sharply declined, so that it seems that a crisis has come to the life of faith. In addition, it was revealed that Catholics lacked a sense of belonging and ownership to the church compared to other religions, and were passive in the request of the sacraments and in determining of the time of the liturgy. To overcome this situation, the understanding of the communion of the church must be deepened. In keeping with the trend of the times, therefore, more active research should be conducted on it. This article examines the church of communion emphasized in the second Vatican Council from the point of view of the bond of sacraments, of governance(hierarchical system), and of faith. In order to understand the 1983 code of law legislated on this basis, as a preliminary work, I studied the legislative process of the provisions related to the communion of the 1917 code and the preservation of the communion contained in the 1983 code. In addition to the results derived from this, I reviewed legal regulations related to the three bonds of communion contained in the provisions of the 1983 code. And the mutual relationship between the three bonds was also studied. As a result, it could be seen that the canonical communion regulations, which may be curtailed due to legal restrictions, reflect very deeply the theological insights of the Council. In addition, through the joint application of these provisions, the possibility of a new expansion of the three bonds of communion within the entire people of God was suggested. To make this possible, ‘sacramental communion’ must break down barriers that hinder the unity of all Christians and should be the basis of all communion. And ‘communion of governance’ should be understood and applied as ‘communion of hierarchial service’ in the spirit of the Council and in the light of the Gospel. Beginning with God, the “communion of faith” of all Christian churches made possible by the Holy Spirit overcomes the differences in the doctrines of each religious denomination, and the contact point of hierarchical communion can be confirmed and strengthened in the sacramental communion. It is expected that the communion of the people of God as a whole will be more fulfilled if the canonical regulations covered in this study are reflected and applied within the mutual relationship of the three communion described above.
