디자인씽킹 방법을 적용한 통일교육 프로젝트 수업의 효과성 연구

연구 목적: 본 연구는 통일교육의 효과적인 교육모델 개발을 위해 디자인씽킹 방법을 적용한 통일교육 프로젝트 수업의 사례를 분석하여 통일교육의 효과성과 의의를 밝히고자 한다.
연구 방법: 통일교육 프로젝트 수업을 수강한 학생 34명을 대상으로 2020년 9월부터 2022년 1월까지 총 3회의 설문조사를 실시하여 프로젝트 수업에 대한 만족도 평가와 수업 전･후 통일역량의 차이 검정(t-test)을 실시했다.
연구 내용: 프로젝트 수업의 학습과제로 우리가 만든 통일문화 프로젝트를 진행했으며 프로젝트 수업에 대한 만족도 평가 결과 전체 평균 4.35로 높은 만족도 수준을 보였다. 수업 전･후 통일역량의 차이 검정 결과 모든 변인에서 유의미한 차이(p<.001)를 나타내며 정(+)의 증가를 나타냈다.
결론 및 제언: 디자인씽킹 방법을 적용한 통일교육 프로젝트 수업의 사례 분석 결과 프로젝트 수업을 통해 학습 내용에 대한 이해력과 학습 능력이 향상되었으며, 수업 후 통일역량의 모든 변인이 향상되었음이 검증되었다. 디자인씽킹 방법을 적용한 통일교육 프로젝트 수업의 효과성이 검증됨에 따라 향후 통일교육 모델 개발에 있어 디자인씽킹 학습모델은 유효한 시사점을 제공하며 효과적인 통일교육 방안 수립에 의미 있는 자료를 제공하게 될 것이다.

Research on the Effectiveness of Unified Education Project Classes Using Design Thinking Methods

Abstract: This study aims to reveal the effectiveness and significance of unification education by analyzing the case of a unification education project class that applied the design thinking method to develop an effective education model for unification education. As a research method, a total of three surveys were conducted from September 2020 to January 2022 for 34 students who took the unification education project class. To verify the effectiveness of the project class, a satisfaction evaluation and a t-test of the difference in unification competence before and after the class were conducted. For the study, we conducted a unification culture project that we created as a learning task for the project class. The results of the satisfaction evaluation of the project class showed a high level of satisfaction with an overall average of 4.35. The results of the difference test of unification competence before and after the class showed a significant difference (p<.001) in all variables, indicating a positive increase. The results of the case analysis of the unification education project class using the Design Thinking method showed that the understanding of learning content and learning ability were improved through the project class, and all variables of unification competence were improved after the class. This study revealed the effectiveness of the unification education project class that applied the design thinking method. Therefore, the design thinking learning model provides valid implications for the development of future unification education models and contributes to the establishment of effective unification education plans.
