상담심리사 2급 수련생이 지각하는 수련과정에서의 어려움 및 대처방안 (Difficulty and Countermeasures in Training Processes Perceived by Counseling Trainees)

초록

목적 본 연구는 상담 수련생이 지각하는 수련과정에서의 어려움 및 대처방안을 살펴보고자 하였다.
방법 이를 위해 석사과정 또는 석사취득자로서 상담심리사 2급 수련을 6개월 이상 진행했으며, 수련 시작 전 2급에 준하는 다른상담관련 자격증을 미소지한 수련생 19명에게 심층면담을 실시한 후 그 자료를 합의적 질적 연구방법(CQR)으로 분석하였다.
결과 연구결과 상담 수련생들은 수련과정에서 무보수 수련생으로서 경제적 어려움, 수련체제에 대한 어려움, 수련진입의 어려움, 수퍼비전에서의 어려움, 심사과정에서의 어려움, 상담과정에서의 어려움으로 6가지 범주의 어려움을 지각하였다. 이러한 어려움에대해 경제활동과 실습기회 활용, 긍정적인 관계형성, 역량개발, 인내와 성찰의 4가지 범주로 대처하였다.
결론 본 연구는 수련생의 특성을 현상 그대로 반영하고자 기존 연구들과 달리 특정 기관의 수련생으로 제한하지 않고 개인수련생부터 여러 기관에서 수련과정을 거친 수련생까지 다양하게 모집하였다. 또한 상담과정과 수퍼비전과 같은 부분적인 경험이 아닌, 수련을 시작하기 위해 준비하는 과정부터 심사까지의 수련 전반에 대한 경험을 확인하였다. 이에 본 연구 결과는 수련생의 수련과정에대한 이해를 도우며, 수련체제와 상담교육 발전 및 보완에 유용한 자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영어초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the difficulties and countermeasures of the training proc ess perceived by counseling trainees. Research issues for research purposes are as follows.
Methods The participating in this study as follows: ① Those who have spent more than six months training for the second degree of counseling psychologist. ② a master's degree or master's degree holder. ③ a person who does not have a second-degree qualification. In-depth interviews were conducted with 19 trainees who were satisfied with these conditions and who were willing to participate in the study, and the results were analyzed by applying a consensual qualitative research method(CQR).
Results The results of this study are as follows. First, the difficulty of consultation trainees perceive in the course of training was classified into six categories as non-conservative trainees: economic difficulties, difficulties in the system of training, difficulty in entering training, difficulty in the supervision, difficulty in the examination process, difficulty in the consultation process. Second, the methods for coping with difficulties perceived by counselors in the training course were divided into four categories: coping with difficulties through economic activities and prac tical opportunities, coping with difficulties through positive relationship formation, coping with difficulties through capacity development, and coping with difficulties through patience and reflection as counseling trainees.
Conclusions This study recruited counseling trainees from individual trainees to trainees who had undergone training courses at various institutions. By doing so, This study intended to reflect the characteristics of trainees as they are. In addition, the trainee's experience in the entire course of training was investigated. The results of this study can, therefore, be used as useful data to understand the difficulties and coping of trainees and suggest the need for the training system and education to be modified in a systematic and unified way.
