21世紀における韓中日三国の主導による新金融圏の構築に関する考察* －21世紀を向けた東北アジア三国の金融圏改革を中心に－

초록

In this paper, we investigate the shock of global financial crisis on the foreign exchange markets in Korea, China, and Japan, and examine the repercussion effects and neighborhood effects on the national economy from the viewpoint of the dynamics between countries in and around East Asia. Simultaneously, we study the alternative to the finance and economic relations in the 「ASEAN+3」, and consider the construction of the new financial sector as the idea of joint action.
The main results are as follows. First, in the recent financial crisis and the reform of the economic structure, the three countries such as Korea, China, and Japan should cooperate further to establish the 「East Asia Community」as a community of 「ASEAN+3」. And they should initiate the change in CMIM into AMF like IMF as soon as possible.
Next, under the initiation of three countries, it is necessary to make an effort to the following two points: the execution of currency swap(상시통화스와프) in which all countries of 「ASEAN+3」 participate, and the shift to the local current method(자국통화방식) settled with the local currency under the guarantee of central bank when trading.
Finally, they should intercept in advance the disturbing factor by the change of order in the economic environment not intended, by introducing the barter system through the central bank as a trade settlement means.
