중도식 주거지의 취사 시설과 취사 용기의 변화 (Changes in cooking facilities and containers in Jung-do Style dwellings)

초록

이 글에서는 기존의 외줄구들의 지역성과 계통에 관한 연구 성과뿐만 아니라 취사 시설과 취사 용기에 관련된 연구 성과를 비판적으로 검토하였으며, 잔존 상태가 양호한 외줄구들의 전수 조사를 통해 취사 시설과 취사 용기와의 관련성에 대해서 살펴보았다.
그 결과 Ⅰa식 외줄구들은 영서 지역에서 뚜렷한 지역성을 보였지만, Ⅰb식 외줄구들에서 ’│‘자형 외줄구들로의 변화는 지역에 따라 선호도는 있을지언정 서울·경기 지역뿐만 아니라 영서 지역에서도 특별히 지역성이 확인되지 않았다. 따라서 영서 지역의 ’│‘자형 외줄구들이 외부의 영향 없이 자체적으로 발생한 것으로 보았다. 또한 외줄구들과 함께 시설된 노 시설은 Ⅰb2식 외줄구들 이래로 점차적으로 감소하지만, 지역에 따라 완급에 차이가있어 백제 한성기 도성과 그 주변에서는 노 시설의 소멸이 빠르다.
다음으로 취사 시설과 취사 용기와의 상관성에 대해서 살펴보았다. 그 결과 외줄구들에서의 부뚜막 구조는 바닥 시설에서 변화를 보여주었는데, Ⅰb식 외줄구들 이래로 출현한부석 시설이 Ⅱb식 외줄구들까지 점진적으로 증가하였다. 다만 지역에 따라 차이가 있어백제 한성기 도성과 그 주변에서는 부뚜막 부석 비율이 매우 낮게 나타난다.
취사 용기는 큰 틀에서 중도식무문토기 기술유형의 기종에서 타날문토기 기술유형으로변화하지만, 이 역시 지역에 따라 완급이 있어 한강 남안, 경안·곤지암천 유역, 남한강 유역 순이며, 임진·한탄강 유역이 가장 느리다. 이 가운데 임진·한탄강 유역에서는 중도식무문토기 옹 기종이 늦게까지 사용되었다. 타날문토기 취사 용기는 중도식무문토기 기종보다더 다양하며, 이른 시기의 외줄구들 부뚜막에서는 원저단경호 기종이 많이 얹혀지지만, ’│ ‘자형 외줄구들이 등장한 이후에는 주로 장란형토기와 심발형토기가 취사 용기로 많이 사용되었다. 또한 부뚜막과 노 시설에 취사 용기가 놓여진 주거지 사례는 많지 않기 때문에겨울철에 그 기능이 나누어져 있었을 것이라 추측된다.

영어초록

This article critically reviewed the research results related to cooking facilities and containers as well as the research results on the regionality and lineage of tunnel-shaped heating system, and examined the relationship between cooking facilities and containers through a complete survey of tunnel-shaped heating system with good residual conditions.
As a result, the Ia-style tunnel-shaped heating system showed distinct locality in the Yeongseo area, but the change from the Ib-style tunnel-shaped heating system to the │-shaped tunnel-shaped heating system was not particularly confirmed in the Yeongseo area as well as the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas, although there may be preferences depending on the region. Therefore, it was considered that the '│ '-shaped tunnel-shaped heating system in the Yeongseo area occurred on their own without external influences. In addition, the fire pot installed along with the tunnel-shaped heating system gradually decreases since the Ib2 type tunnel-shaped heating system, but there are differences in the speed depending on the region, so the percentage of stones placed on the bottom of puttumak(kitchen stove) is very low in and around the capital city of the Hansung period of Baekje.
Next, the correlation between cooking facilities and cooking containers was examined. As a result, the structure of puttumak in tunnel-shaped heating system showed a change in the floor facilities, and the stone-layed facilities that appeared since the Ⅰb-style tunnel-shaped heating system gradually increased to the Ⅱb type tunnel-shaped heating system. However, since it varies depending on the region, the ratio of the stone-layed facilities in the capital city of the Hanseong period of Baekje and its surroundings is very low.
The cooking containers changes from the Jung-do style Mumun ceramic technology type to the beating patterned pottery technology type in a large framework, but this is also divided according to the region, so the southern coast of the Han River is the fastest, and the Imjin-Hantan river basins are the slowest.
Among them, the Jung-do style Mumun ceramic jar was used until late in the Imjin and Hantan rivers. The cooking containers of the beating patterned pottery technology type are more diverse than the Jung-do style Mumun ceramic technology type.
