기독교 시 창작 방법 연구 (A Study on the Creation of Christian Poetry)

초록

본고는 기독교 시 창작을 위한 기독교 시에 대한 정의와 창작의 방법을 모색하려고 한다. 1784년 조선 기독교의 전래로부터 신문화의 기수로 등장한 초기 기독교와 문학의 세계관은 각 시기마다 새로운 가치의 해석을 전제하고 있다.
기독교 세계관의 가치와 해석은 근대 시기에서 도입된 근대화의 기치아래 제국주의의 침략과 식민지의 억압, 이념과 전쟁의 격변하는 시기마다 새로운 문학장을 형성하고 시대적 변동에 발맞추어 가치와 해석을 새롭게 노정해왔다고 할 수 있다. 그것은 종교와 문학이 가지는 이질적인 요소와 더불어 공통의 과제를 함축한 관계임을 보여준다. 이러한 종교와 문학의 관계성은 새로운 종교사회적 대응의 시대적 가치와 해석을 요구한다고 할 수 있다.
본고는 이러한 요구에 직면한 기독교 시 창작의 몇 가지 문제점을 유의하면서 네 가지의 창작 방법론을 제시하려고 한다. 첫째는 가치단절의 문제로 윤리적 체험이 결여된 심미적 향유가 가져오는 위험이며 둘째는 기독교 문학의 당위성을 오로지 호교론적 입장에서 찾음으로 문학을 도구화하는 오류이다. 셋째는 기독교 신앙의 가치를 물량적 세속의 가치로 전복한 기복 신앙적 영성의 문제이다. 이상의 기독교 시 창작의 영역에서 유의하여 신중하게 배제하여야 할 문제들이다.
기독교 시 창작의 방법 연구에서는 네 가지 방법을 제시하였다. 첫째, 성서적 모티프를 활용한 창작 방법으로 박두진의「돌베개, 야곱」,을 예시로 들었다. 둘째는 작가의 경험이나 세상의 물음을 믿음으로 형상화한 창작 방법으로 성서의 진리를 독자에게 설교하는 형태가 아니라 삶의 진지한 물음을 신에게 구하는 태도이다. 여기에는 김춘수, 김현승의 작품을 예시로 들었다. 셋째 기독교의 가치(구원, 속죄, 영생, 사랑, 부활, 평화, 하나님 나라, 공의)를 형상화한 창작방법은 김종삼의 「시인학교」,「북치는 소년」「여름 성경학교」, 등을 예시로 들었으며, 넷째 기독교 영성(개인 영성과 사회적 영성)을 형상화한 창작방법은 기형도,「포도밭 묘지1」,「빈 집」과 졸작 박일우,「기도」,「솟대의 꿈을 예시로 들었다.

This paper seeks to find the definition and method of creation of Christian poetry for the creation of Christian poetry. The worldview of early Christianity and literature, which emerged as a new cultural rider from the tradition of Christianity in 1784, presupposes a new interpretation of values at each time.
The values and interpretations of the Christian worldviews have formed new literary fields and "redefined values" and interpretations in line with the changing times of imperialism, colonial oppression, ideology and war under the banner of modernization introduced in the modern era. It shows that the relationship between religion and literature, along with the heterogeneous elements, implies common tasks. This relationship between religion and literature demands the values and interpretations of the new religious and social response.
This paper seeks to present four creative methodologies, noting some of the problems of creating Christian poetry in the face of these demands. The first is the risk of aesthetic enjoyment, which lacks ethical experience due to the problem of value disconnection, and the second is the error of instrumenting literature solely by finding the legitimacy of Christian literature from a sociological standpoint. Third, it is a matter of ups and downs religious spirituality that overthrew the values of Christian faith to the values of quantitative secularity. These are matters that should be carefully excluded from the area of creation of Christian poetry.
The study of ways to create Christian poetry suggested four ways. First, Park Doo-jin's "stone pillow, Jacob" was used as an example of the creation method using biblical motifs. Second, it is not a form of preaching the truth of the Bible to readers through the writer's experience or creative methods that embody the world's questions through faith, but rather an attitude of asking God for serious questions of life. Examples include works by Kim Chun-soo and Kim Hyun-seung. Third, Kim Jong-sam's Poet School, Drumming Boys, Summer Bible School, and Kee-Hyung-do(individual spirituality and social spirituality) were used as examples of Christian values (redemption, atonement, eternal life, resurrection, peace, God's kingdom). This is a creative method that calls for the awakening of a new spirituality that will reform the reality of Korean Christianity, which has become a mysticism of volume success. I hope that the above-mentioned significance of Christian poetry creation and the four methods of creation will give you a clue to sublimating the Christian worldview into poetry literature
