한․중 서사의 교류와 구비전승의 역할 (Intercourse of Narrative between Joseon and China on the Role of Oral Tradition)

초록

The introduction of Chinese narrative literature in Korea, mainly, is debated on the bibliographical view. Despite the importance of oral transmission and performing scene, it is hard to find the concrete references for presenting the oral tradition. I represent references that Joseon's documents about Jong Huiryang(鄭希亮) and Jon Uchi(田愚治) are generated through the introduction of Chinese narrative and theatrical performances transmitting orally. The representative example are such as below: first, the episode about Chinese fortune telling in the documents of Yi Jaeshin(李齊臣) in 16th century is transformed to Jeong Huiryang's anecdote in Im Mae(任邁)'s <Jobki-Gotham(雜記古談)> in 18th century; second, the episode of Chinese tight-rope performance is transformed to Jon Uchi's anecdote in <Eouyadam(於于野談)>. The two references are concrete and meaningful evidences for naturalization of Chinese narrative to Joseon through oral tradition other than intercourses based on literature.
