초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 유비쿼터 기반 e-welfare 환경에서 조직역량이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구는 부분매개모형과 완전매개모형을 사용하여 조직역량과 서비스 질 간의 관계에서 지각된 유용성과 지각된 사용용이성의 매개효과를 검증하고자 한다.
논문구성/논리: 본 논문의 구성은 다음과 같다. 1장에서는 본 연구의 목적, 연구 배경, 문제제기를 개관한다. 2장에서는 이론 적 배경, 3장에서는 연구조사방법으로 개념적 연구모형, 가설설정, 통계분석 절차에 대한 내용을 포함한다. 4장에서는 실증연구와 연구결과에 대한 내용을 논의하였고, 마지막으로 5장은 본 연구의 결론과 학술적 기여도와 함께, 정책적 혹은 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.
결과: 기존역량이 유형성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 지각된 유용성이 기존역량과 유형성 간의 관계에서 부분매개효과로 작용하였다. 또한 신역량은 신뢰성에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았고, 지각된 사용용이성이 신역량과 신뢰성 간의 관계에서 완전매개효과로 작용하였다.
독창성/가치: 기술수용성을 통제한 상태에서 본 연구는 서비스 질에 영향을 미치는 조직역량에 대한 실증연구를 통하여 이해를 높였으며, 지각된 수용성과 지각된 사용용이성 변수들의 매개효과를 검증하였다.

영어초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study examines the effect of organizational competence on service quality under ubiquitous based on e-welfare as the moderating effect of technology acceptance model. In addition, this study attempts to analysis the mediating effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use in the relationship between organizational competency and service quality using partial mediation and completed mediation model.
Composition/Logic: The paper is organized as follows. Section Ⅰ introduces the study objectives, research background, and research question. Section Ⅱ covers the theoretical background and Section Ⅲ describes the methodology such as conceptual research model, hypothesis setting, and statistical analysis procedure. Section Ⅳ discuss the results of the empirical study and new finding, Finally, Section Ⅴ presents the conclusions of the paper, also shows academical contributions as well as the policy and practical implications.
Findings: Existing competency have a statistically positive influence on tangibless and perceive usefulness acted as a partial mediating effect on the relationship between organizational competency and tangibleness. In addition, new competency did not significantly affect on reliability and perceived ease of use acted as a completed mediating effect on the relationship between new competency and reliability.
Originality/Value: By controlling for technology acceptance model, this study have improved the academic contributions as well as policy and practical implications through empirical study of organizational competency that affect service quality. In addition, the mediating effects on the variables of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were examined.
