The purpose of this study was to explore the factors and measures to prevent the hope of workers consisting of conviction and commitment that can solve the problems of the youth shelter. In this study, we investigate the effects of difficulties in the communication of the youth shelter on the optimistic attitude of the shelter workers. Depending on the type of youth workers that are difficult to access educational content and navigation of the deal they want solutions were also investigated. Participants of this study were recruited by snowball sampling method was done through the introduction of cross-holdings of eight shelters in the metropolitan area where data collection period is from September to October 2016 year. How to navigate the study was composed of survey design and qualitative factors and quantitative measures using a combination of approaches that inhibit the desired attitude of shelter workers. A combination of qualitative and quantitative approach used in this study were carried out according to Creswell (2009) described the 'simultaneous mixing method procedures. Based on the results of this study we examined the contents of the strengthening of the capacity Educators Youth difficult type of approach. Based on the results of this study, we tried to explore the contents of the training of the competence of the workers according to the types of adolescents with difficult access. Workers wanted a “pathological tendencies, professional understanding and education for clients with severe juvenile, behavioral disorders, mood disorders, addiction to young people" Also, they seek approaching to youth on the boundary of intellectual disability in the services and they suggest that the special educational needs expertise. In addition, the overall results that require empathy training of workers for the relationship between the youth shelter has been derived.
