매장 형태에 따른 외적 및 내적 속성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향 - 베트남 화장품 시장의 원 브랜드숍과 편집숍을 중심으로 - (Depending on type of store, the effect of external and internal attributes on purchase intention -Focusing on one brand shops and multi-brand shops in the Vietnamese cosmetic market-)

초록

본 연구에서는 독립적인 브랜드 매장(원 브랜드숍)과 여러 브랜드를 함께 판매하는 매장(편집숍)에서 화장품을 구매할 때, 매장 형태(원 브랜드숍 vs. 편집숍)에 따라 화장품 속성(내적 vs. 외적)이 구매의도에 미치는 영향이 달라지는지에 대해 알아보았다. 또한 이러한 영향력의 차이가 소비자들의 화장품에 대한 전문성 정도에따라 어떻게 달라지는 지에 대해서도 알아보았다.
실증 연구 결과, 매장 형태에 따라 화장품 속성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향력에 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 편집숍에서 구매할 때 외적 속성이 구매의도에 미치는영향력이 더 크게 나타났으며, 원 브랜드숍에서 구매할 때에는 내적 속성의 영향력이 더 크게 나타났다. 또한 이러한 차이는 소비자의 화장품에 대한 전문성에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 화장품에 대한 전문성이 높은 소비자일수록 화장품의 내적 속성 중 품질, 기능, 피부 적합성, 성분을 더 중요하게 고려하여 구매를 결정하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구를 통해 본 논문에서는 소비자들이 화장품을 구매할때 중요하게 생각하는 속성이 매장 형태에 따라 달라질 수 있으며, 이러한 효과가소비자의 전문성이 높을수록 작게 나타남을 보였다.

영어초록

This paper examines how the level of the largest shareholder's stake affects the stock price delay. According to the entrenchment hypothesis, large shareholders who can monitor management have a low need for high-quality financial reporting and do not want to disclose bad news related to the company to the outside. On the other hand, according to the alignment hypothesis, the interests of large shareholders and minority shareholders coincide as the ownership stake of large shareholders increases. In this case, there is little incentive for large shareholders to delay or conceal corporate information, thereby reducing information asymmetry between inside and outside the company. In other words, the level of equity holdings of large shareholders affects the quality of a company's financial reporting and information disclosure policy. If the quality of a company's financial reporting is lowered or bad news related to the company is concealed by the incentives of major shareholders, the stock price of the company will not reflect the company information in a timely manner. As a result of regression analysis of KOSPI-listed companies from 2012 to 2019, it was confirmed that the largest shareholder's stake had a positive (+) relationship with the stock price delay phenomenon. The results suggest that the larger the stake held by the largest shareholder, the stronger the incentive for the largest shareholder to pursue private interests, suggesting that agency problems are highly likely to occur. In addition, as a result of analyzing the entire sample by dividing it into chaebol companies and non-chaebol companies, the positive relationship between the largest shareholder share and stock price delay phenomenon was significant only in the non-chaebol samples.
