구성주의 관점을 적용한 자기소개서 지도 방안 (A Teaching Method to Self-Introduction Applied Constructivism Perspectives)

초록

대학에서 필요로 하는 여러 가지 종류의 글이 많지만 특히 자기소개서는 대학 신입생들에게는 다른 글의 종류에 비해 자기소개서의 지도에 곤란함이 뒤따른다. 다시 말하면 자기소개서는 통상 취업을 위한 것으로 인지하고 있는 경우가 많고 실제 교재에서도 취업을 위한 자기소개서의 구성과 항목 그리고 작성 방법 등을 싣고 있다. 필자는 여기에 문제의식을 가지고 대학생들이 필요한 자기소개서, 또 그들이 필요로 하는 자기소개서에 대해 다년간 자료를 수집하였다. 학생들이 필요 로 하는 자기소개서는 인터십을 포함한 취업, 국내외 봉사 활동, 각종 서포터즈, 국제 교류, 진학 등 다양하다는 것을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 교과와 비교과 프로그 램을 운영할 때 학생들 입장에서 고려해 볼 때 보다 다양한 자기소개서 지도가 필 요하다는 것을 알게 되었다. 학생들의 상황과 목적에 맞는 자기소개서를 선택하고 자기 자신은 물론 자신의 경험과 능력과 비전을 체계적인 자기소개서를 써야 할 필요가 있다. 또 향후에도 학생들 스스로 계획하고 최후 완성해갈 수 있는 능력이 필요하다고 판단하였다. 이를 위해 다양한 상황에 처한 학습자가 스스로 목적을 정하고 글을 쓸 종류를 선택하고 계획하여 완성해 나가도록 한다. 즉 학습자가 자신 이 행위의 주체자가 되고 교수자는 조력자가 되도록 하여 글을 쓰는 과정과 결과 를 모두 중시하도록 설계한다. 그 결과 오래 전 구성주의 작문 이론 중 장점을 적용하여 전 학년, 전 학과의 학생들이 자기 주도적이며 효과적으로 자기소개서를 쓸 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 아울러 교수자도 수많은 다양한 학습자가 완성해 나가는 전 과정에서 안내자, 조력자의 역할을 할 수 있는 효율적인 지도 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

영어초록

In college writing education, self-introduction is almost essential, as can be seen in textbooks. This can be seen as an attempt to supplement the long-running writing education with comparative courses that have not been met in the curriculum. There are many kinds of writings that are needed in college, but it is difficult to teach self-introduction to college freshmen, especially compared to other types of writing. In other words, self-introduction is often recognized as a job for employment, and actual textbooks include the composition, items, and writing methods of self-introduction for employment. With a sense of problem, I have collected years of data on the self-introduction letters that college students need and the self-introduction letters they need. The selfintroduction letter required by students was confirmed to be diverse including internship, domestic and overseas volunteer activities, various supporters, international exchanges, and school entrance. Through this, I learned that students need more diverse self-introduction guidance when running a curriculum and a comparative program. I also think that it is necessary to select a self-introduction letter that meets the situation and purpose of the students and to write a systematic selfintroduction letter of self-confidence, as well as their own experience, ability and vision. In the future, students decided that they needed the ability to plan and finalize themselves. For this, learners in various situations set their own goals, choose the type of writing, plan and complete it. In other words, it is designed to emphasize both the writing process and the results by making learners the subjects of their actions and the professors the assistants. As a result, I applied the advantages of the constructivism writing theory a long time ago and suggested a way for all grade and all department students to write self-introduction letters self-introduction effectively In addition. I would like to suggest an efficient teaching method that can serve as a guide and a helper in the whole process of completing many various learners.
