고등학생의 외상경험이 플로리싱에 미치는 영향: 대인관계와 우울의 이중매개와 성장마인드셋의 조절된 매개효과 (The Effect of Trauma Experience in High School Students on Flourishing: Dual Mediating Effects of Interpersonal Relationship and Depression and Moderated Mediating Effect of Growth Mindset)

초록

본 연구는 고등학생의 외상경험이 플로리싱에 미치는 영향에서 대인관계와 우울의 매개효과를 성장마인드셋이 조절 매개하는지를 파악하여, 외상경험이 있는 청소년의 우울 극복 및 플로리싱 증진을 위한 모델과 시사점을 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 자료는 사회조사 전문기관인 엠브레인에 의뢰하여 전국 고등학생 450명을 온라인 설문조사로 수집하였다. 그 중 무선반응이나 일률반응으로 응답한 19부를 제외한 총 431부의 자료가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS PC+ Win ver. 25.0, SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2를 사용하였으며 확인적 요인분석에는 Amos ver. 21.0을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주요 변인 간 상관분석 결과 외상경험, 성장 마인드셋, 우울 및 플로리싱 간에 유의미한 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 대인관계는 외상경험과 플로리싱과의 관계에서 매개하였다. 셋째, 우울은 외상경험과 플로리싱의 관계에서 매개하였으며, 대인관계와 우울은 외상경험과 플로리싱의 관계에서 직렬 이중매개하였다. 넷째, 성장마인드셋은 대인관계와 우울의 관계를 조절하였다. 외상경험이 대인관계와 우울을 경유하여 플로리싱에 미치는 영향을 성장 마인드셋이 조절 매개하였다. 끝으로 외상경험으로 인하여 나타날 수 있는 부적응의 대안점 연구, 외상경험과 플로리싱 관계에서 다른 변인과의 관련성 연구, 플로리싱 증진에 기여하는 상담 프로그램의 개발 및 확산을 위한 연구를 제안하였다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to provide models and implications for overcoming depression and promoting florising in adolescents with trauma experience by identifying whether growth mindset regulates and mediates interpersonal relationships and depression in the effect of high school students' traumatic experiences on florising. The data was commissioned by Embrain, a social research institution, and 450 high school students nationwide were collected through an online survey, of which a total of 431 data were used for the final analysis, excluding 19 copies that responded with wireless or uniform responses. SPSS PC+ Win ver. 25.0, SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2 were used for data analysis, and Amos ver. for confirmatory factor analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, there was a significant correlation between trauma experience, growth mindset, depression, and florishing as a result of correlation analysis between major variables. Second, interpersonal relationships were mediated in the relationship between trauma experience and florising. Third, depression was mediated in the relationship between trauma experience and florising, and interpersonal relationships and depression were mediated in series in the relationship between trauma experience and florising. Fourth, the growth mindset controlled the relationship between interpersonal relationships and depression. Growth mindset moderated the effect of trauma experience on florising through interpersonal relationships and depression. Finally, research on alternatives to maladjustment that may occur due to trauma experience, research on the relationship between trauma experience and florising with other variables, and research to develop and spread counseling programs that contribute to promoting florising were proposed.
