보성지역 기원전후 ~ 기원후 6세기대 주거지 전개 양상 (The development of residential areas in the Boseong area from around B.C. to the 6th century B.C)

초록

본고는 그동안 다루어진 바 없는 보성지역에 기원전후 ~ 기원후 6세기대 주거지를 대상으로 전개 양상을 살펴보았다. 발굴조사 된 유적 분포를 중심으로 보성강유역과 남해안지역으로 구분하였으며, 형태를 파악할 수 있는 유물을 대상으로 형식분류를 시도하였다. 그 결과, 주거지 및 출토유물의 변화 에 따라 크게 4시기로 구분하였다.
Ⅰ기는 점토대토기가 잔존하며, 경질무문토기가 주를 이루는 시기이다. Ⅱ기는 경질무문토기 출토 량이 많으며, 타날문 토기류가 나타나기 시작한다. 이 시기에는 주거지가 주변으로 확장되어간다. Ⅲ 기는 주거지가 가장 활발하게 축조된다. 수적으로 크게 증가하며, 그에 따라 밀집도도 매우 높아진다. 주거지는 4주식이 확인된다. 유물은 타날문토기가 출토되며, 일부 소량의 경질무문토기가 확인된다. Ⅳ기는 주거지에서 경질토기가 확인되며, 외래계 유물이 출토된다. 주거지 내부시설은 비교적 발달한 구조로 변화한다. 유물은 앞선 시기에서 보이지 않은 신기종과 함께 가야계 또는 백제계 토기가 확인 된다.
보성지역 기원전후 ~ 기원후 6세기대 주거지는 원형계보다 방형계가 많으며, 4주식은 드물게 확인 된다. 이는 보성강유역은 산지가 많아 폐쇄성이 있었을 수 있으며, 그로 인하여 외부로부터 문화 유입 이 늦어 자체적으로 전개되었던 것으로 볼 수 있다. 남해안지역은 상대적으로 개방된 곳이기 때문에 문화 흐름이 빠르고 다양한 변화를 거쳤다고 말할 수 있다.

In this article, we looked at the development of residential areas from around B.C. to the 6th century B.C. in the Boseong area, which has not been dealt with so far. Based on the distribution of excavated and investigated remains, it was divided into the Boseong River basin and the southern coastal area, and tried to classify the types of relics that could be identified. As a result, it was largely divided into four periods due to changes in residential sites and excavated relics.
Phase I is the period when clay belt earthenware remains and hard plain earthenware is the main. In the second period, hard unwritten earthenware was excavated a lot, and printed earthenware began to appear. During this period, residential areas will be expanded to the surrounding area. In Phase III, residential areas are most actively constructed. It increases significantly in number, and accordingly, the density becomes very high. Four residential areas will be identified. As for the relics, a small amount of hard unwritten earthenware is identified by the excavation of printed earthenware. During the IV period, hard earthenware was identified in residential areas, and foreign relics were excavated. The interior facilities of the residential area change to a relatively developed structure. The relics are identified as Gayagean or Baekje earthenware along with new models that were not found in the previous period.
The residential areas of the Boseong area from around B.C. to the 6th century B.C. have more square systems than the original ones, and four of them are rarely identified. This may have been closed due to the large number of mountainous areas in the Boseong River basin, so it seems that the inflow of culture from outside was delayed and developed on its own. Since the southern coast area is a relatively open place, it can be said that the flow of culture is fast and various changes have occurred.
