초록

본 연구의 목적은 WTO TBT 적합성평가체제 하에서 동적역량을 매개한 자격인증 획득이 수출성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증분석을 통하여 확인함으로써 수출입기업의 국제경쟁력 향상에 이바지하고 적합성관리체계와 관련한 정부의 정책 수립에 가이드라인을 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구는 자원준거시각에 기반한 다중회귀분석 방법을 이용하였고, 신뢰도 분석과 요인분석을 통하여 연구의 집중 타당성을, 상관관계 분석을 통하여 판별 타당성을 각각 검증하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과는 자격 인정획득이 기업의 수출 실적에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 특히 기술역량과 마케팅역량의 통제효과가 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 국제 규격을 적용한 자격인증획득 기업이 수출 실적을 향상시키고 국제 시장에서 기업의 가치를 높이는 데 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구의 차별성은 정부나 지방자치단체에게는 국제자격인증 획득과 관련한 법, 제도적 측면의 정책적 가이드라인을 제시하고, 무역기업들에게는 관련 국가나 산업에서 요구하는 국제표준, 기술규정을 준수하는 국제 자격 인증을 획득하기 위하여 인적, 물적 자원의 경쟁력 향상을 위하여 최선의 노력을 다해야 한다는 시사점을 제공하는 것이다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to contribute to the improvement of the international competitiveness of import and export companies and to provide guidelines for the establishment of government policies related to the conformity management system by confirming through empirical analysis of how the acquisition of qualification certification mediated through dynamic capability under the WTO TBT conformity assessment system. In this study, multiple regression analysis method based on resource criteria perspective was used, and the focused validity of the study was verified through reliability analysis and factor analysis, and distinction validity was verified through correlation analysis. The results of the empirical analysis of this study show that the acquisition of qualification certifications have a positive effect on the export performance of a company, and in particular, the control effect of technology and marketing capabilities have a great effect. These results indicate that companies that have obtained qualification certifications to which international standards are applied have a positive effect on improving their export performance and increasing the company's value in the international market. The distinction of this study is as follows: To the government or local governments, it provides policy guidelines in terms of laws and systems related to the acquisition of international qualification certification, and to the trading companies, it provides implications that companies should do their best to improve the competitiveness of human and material resources in order to obtain international qualification certification that complies with international standards and technical regulations required by relevant countries or industries.
