4차 산업시대 대학생을 위한 글로벌 역량 측정도구 개발 (A Development of A Global Competency Scales For University Students in The 4th Industrial Age)

초록

본 연구는 4차 산업시대 대학생을 위한 글로벌 역량 측정도구 개발을 위해 실시했다. 이를 위해 역량 전문가로 구성된 델파이 전문가위원에서 델파이 조사를 했고, 문항개발 전문가위원회에서 측정도구 문항을 개발 했으며, 예비조사, 본조사를 위해 타당도 확인을 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다.
첫 번째는 델파이 조사를 통해 하위역량 5개를 구성했다. 하위역량 선정을 위해 내용타당도 비율(CVR: Content Validity Ratio)기준점 .59이상인 것을 선정하고, 합의도는 기준점 .75, 수렴도는 기준점 .50이하인 요소를 선정했다. 이를 통해 확보된 글로벌 역량의 하위역량은 국제화인식, 다문화 이해 및 수용성, 문화적 개방성, 글로벌 환경에 대한 노출, 글로벌 언어능력 이였다. 두 번째는 문항개발이다. 문항개발 전문가 위원회에서 개발한 문항을 대상으로 내용타당도, 구인타당도를 위해 탐색적 요인분석을 한 후 확인적 요인분석으로 최종 점검을 했다. 내용타당도는 문항수준 내용타당도 (I-CI: Item Level Content Validity Index) 기준점 .78이상, 척도수준 내용타당도 S-CVI/Ave: Scale-Level Validity Index/Averaging) 기준점 .90이상을 채택했다. 이를 통해 국제화 인식능력은 5문항, 다문화 이해 및 수용성은 5문항, 문화적 개방성은 5문항, 글로벌 언어능력은 5문항으로 문항구성이 이루어 졌다. 모형의 적합도를 확인하기 위해 확인적 요인분석을 실시했다. 절대적 적합도지수 GFI는 .930, RMR .047, RMSEA .048, 증분적 적합도 지수 CFI는 .972, TLI .921로 기준값을 만족하였으므로 모형적합도를 검증받았다. 마지막으로 척도의 준거타당도를 확증하기 위해 같은 구성개념을 측정하는 표준화된 측정도구 GCI(Global Competencies Inventory)와 셀프리더십간의 적률 상관분석을 했다. 셀프리더십과는 p<.01에서 유의한 부적 상관관계를 GCI와는 p<.01에서 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보이고 있어 준거타당도를 확인했다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to develop global competency scales for university students in the 4th industrial age. For this purpose, a Delphi expert committee composed of competency experts conducted a Delphi survey, the item development expert committee developed scales’ items, and the validity was checked through two preliminary surveys. The research results are as follows. First, five sub-competencies were formed through the Delphi survey. For the selection of sub-competencies, elements with a Content Validity Ratio (CVR) reference point of 0.59 or higher were selected, and elements with a consensus score of .75 or less and a convergence score of .50 or less were selected. The sub-competencies of the global competencies secured through this were internationalization awareness, multicultural understanding and acceptance, cultural openness, exposure to the global environment, and global language proficiency. The second is item development. For the items developed by the item development expert committee, exploratory factor analysis was conducted for content validity and construct validity, and a final check was performed with confirmatory factor analysis. For content validity, the I-CI (Item Level Content Validity Index) reference point of .78 or higher and the scale-level content validity S-CVI/Ave: Scale-Level Validity Index/Averaging (S-CVI/Ave: Scale-Level Validity Index/Averaging) of .90 or higher were adopted. Through this, the internationalization awareness ability was composed of 5 questions, the multicultural understanding and acceptance ability was 5 questions, the cultural openness was 5 questions, and the global language ability was composed of 5 questions. Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to confirm the goodness of fit of the model. The absolute fit index GFI was .930, RMR .047, RMSEA .048, and the incremental fit index CFI was .972 and TLI .921, which satisfied the standard values, so the model fit was verified. Finally, to confirm the criterion validity of the scale, a moment-correlation analysis was conducted between the standardized measurement tool GCI (Global Competencies Inventory) and self-leadership that measure the same construct. It showed a significant negative correlation with self-leadership at p<.01 and a significant positive correlation with GCI at p<.01, confirming criterion validity.
