성인발레 수강생들의 애로사항 구조개념 및 척도개발 (Developing Standard Questionnaires by Analyzing Adult Students' Difficulties in Taking Classes in Ballet)

초록

이 연구는 성인발레 수강생들이 지각하는 애로사항은 무엇인지 살펴보고, 이를 근거로 척도를 개발하는데 목적을 두었다. 이러한 목적달성을 위해 J, G, M, K, S, D시에 소재한 문화센터와 사설 무용학원을 중심으로 총 506명의 표본을 채택하여 분석되었다. 분석절차는 총 3회에 걸쳐 조사되었으며, 애로사항에 대한 개념구조를 탐색하기 위하여 62명, 예비조사 223명, 본 조사 및 타당도 검증을 위해 221명의 자료를 사용하였다. 즉 척도개발의 적합한 분석절차를 거쳐 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 성인발레 수강생들이 지각하는 애로사항은 개인문제(108사례, 31.9%), 시설문제(104사례, 30.8%), 프로그램 부재(64사례, 18.9%), 강사자질(54사례, 16%), 대인관계(8사례, 2.4%)의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 내용타당도 검증을 거쳐 최초 4요인(개인문제, 시설문제, 프로그램 부재, 강사자질), 34문항의 예비문항을 제작하였고, 기술통계분석과 신뢰도분석을 통해 7문항이 적합하지 못하여 삭제하였다. 셋째, 요인구조의 타당성을 알아보기 위한 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 5문항 삭제 후 4요인 22문항의 요인구조가 명확하게 도출되었다. 넷째, 4요인 22문항의 적합성을 위한 확인적 요인분석 결과, 총 6문항을 삭제 후 4요인 16문항의 적합도가 만족하였다. 최종 척도 문항은 개인문제, 시설문제, 프로그램 부재, 강사자질 4요인에 각각 4문항, 총 16문항으로 확정되었다. 다섯째, 본 연구에서 개발한 척도와 선행에서 개발된 여가만족척도의 하위요인 간 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 부(-)의 방향으로 유의한 낮은 상관을 보였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발한 4요인 16문항의 애로사항 척도의 변별타당도를 확보하였다.

영어초록

This study is to examine the difficulties perceived by adult ballet students, on which its scale is to be developed. For this purpose, a total of 506 persons were chosen and analysed centered around the culture centers and private dance academies located in the cities of J, G, M, K, S, D. Analysis procedure was investigated over a total of 3 times, and data of 62 persons were used for explore the structure concept of difficulties, those of 223 persons for the preliminary survey, and those of 221 persons for the main survey and the validity verification. In other words, the following results were derived through the appropriate analysis procedure for scale development. Firstly, the difficulties perceived by adult ballet students were personal issues (Cases of 108, 31.9%), facility issues (Cases of 104, 30.8%), lack of programs (Cases of 64, 18.9%), qualification of instructors (Cases of 54, 16%), and interpersonal relationship (Cases of 8, 2.4%). Secondly, 34 preliminary questions of the first 4 factors (Personal issues, Facility issues, Lack of programs, and Qualification of instructors) were made through the validity verification of the contents and 7 questions were deleted as they were considered inappropriate through the descriptive statistic analysis and reliability analysis. Thirdly, as the results of the exploratory factor analyses to examine the validity of the factor structure, the factor structure of 4 factors and 22 questions was clearly derived after deletion of 5 questions. Fourthly, as the results of confirmatory factor analyses for 4 factors and 22 questions, goodness of 4 factors and 16 questions was satisfied after the deletion of a total of 6 questions. The final scale items were decided as 4 questions to each factor of Personal issues, Facility issues, Lack of programs, and Qualification of instructors , which came to a total of 16 questions. Fifthly, the results of the analysis of the correlation between the scale developed in this study and the lower factors of leisure satisfaction scale developed in the previous studies showed a significant low negative (-) correlation. Therefore, the discriminant validity of the scale of difficulties composed of 4 factors and 16 questions was secured in this study.
