소상공인의 디지털 역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Small Businesses’ Digital Competencies on Business Performance)

초록

4차 산업혁명 시대 디지털 환경에서 소상공인을 대상으로 디지털 역량, 디지털 의사소통역량, 경영성과와의 관 계를 분석함으로써, 소상공인의 경쟁력 확보와 함께 성과창출을 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 소상공인 175명을 대상 으로 실증연구를 실시하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 디지털 역량은 디지털 의사소통 역량에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으며 디지털 의사소통 역 량은 경영성과에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석결과 나타났다. 그리고 디지털 역량은 경영성과에도 유의 한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 소상공인을 대상으로 하는 교육과정에서 소상공인의 디지털 역량 이나 디지털의사소통 역량강화에 많은 투자와 지원이 필요하다고 생각한다.
둘째 디지털 의사소통 역량은 디지털 역량과 경영성과와의 관계에서 매개효과를 나타내는 것으로 나타났다. 디 지털 시대에 소통의 특성과 중요성을 잘 인식하고 의사소통 시 디지털을 통한 의사소통의 편리성과 함께 다양한 디 지털 매체를 통해서 고객과의 의사소통과 더불어 디지털 매체를 통해서 상대의 요구나 마음을 잘 이해할 수 있는 것은 소상공인의 성장에 크게 도움이 되는 것을 알 수 가 있다. 따라서 소상공인의 경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안 으로 디지털 역량을 바탕으로 디지털 의사소통의 역량을 향상시킴으로서 소상공인의 인적이나 자본의 부족한 한계 를 극복할 수 있는 중요한 전략적 요인임을 인식하고 이에 대한 노력이 필요하다 하겠다.

영어초록

Due to the recent rapid change in the environment and the development of technology due to the 4th indus- trial revolution, research was conducted for the growth of small businesses in the digital age. In the digital era, well-equipped digital competency is presented as a very important competitive edge for small business owners. Therefore, in the digital environment of the 4th industrial revolution era, by analyzing the relationship between digital competency, digital communication competency, and business performance of small business owners, an empirical study was conducted on small business owners to secure their competitiveness and derive implications for performance creation. was carried out. The research results are as follows.
First, it was found that digital competency had a significant effect on digital communication competency, and the analysis result showed that digital communication capability had a positive effect on business performance. And it was found that digital competency had a significant effect on business performance. This shows that the digital capabilities of small business owners are a very important factor in the survival and growth of the self-em- ployment run by small business owners. Therefore, the higher the digital competency and digital communication competency of small business owners, the greater the survival and success rate of small business owners by pro- viding tangible and intangible resources that are lacking in self-employment operated by small business owners through services in various fields to improve their performance. Second, it was found that digital communication competency has a mediating effect in the relationship between digital competency and business performance. In the digital era, it is possible to understand the characteristics and importance of communication well and to understand the needs and feelings of others through digital media as well as communication with customers through various digital media, along with the convenience of digital communication when communicating. It can be seen that this greatly helps the growth of small businesses.
