초록

본 연구의 목적은 성인장애인의 박탈경험이 장애집단(지체장애, 기타장애)에 따라 차이가 있는지를 살펴보고, 박탈경험이 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 한국복지패널조사 14차조사 데이터(2019)를 활용하여 등록장애인 1,279명(지체장애 660명, 기타장애 619명)의 분석에 사용하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 식생활은 영향력이 나타나지 않았으나, 주거와 사회적박탈은 두 집단 모두에서 부정적 영향을 미쳤다. 사회보장과 건강 및 의료는 지체장애 삶의 만족에 정적 영향을, 직업경제는 기타장애 삶의 만족에 부적 영향을 나타냈다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 장애집단에 따른 박탈경험을 낮추고 삶의 만족을 높이기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

영어초록

This study analyzed a difference in the deprivation experience of adults with disabilities according to groups (physical disabilities, others disabilities) of adults with disabilities. It also verified the effects of the deprivation experience of adults with disabilities on their life satisfaction. To this end, it used data from the 14th survey conducted by the Korea Welfare Panel Study in 2019 to analyze data of 1,279 adults with registered disabilities (660 adults with physical disabilities and 619 adults with other disabilities). As for an analysis method, SPSS 25.0 was used to perform descriptive statistics, the t-test, and a hierarchical regression analysis. The analytic results showed that the experience of adults with disabilities in deprivation of their dietary lives did not affect their life satisfaction. On the other hand, their experience in social and housing deprivation had negative effects on their life satisfaction regardless of groups. The experience of adults with physical disabilities in deprivation of social security, health, and medical service had positive effects on their life satisfaction. Moreover, the experience of deprivation of jobs and economic resources suffered by adults with other disabilities had negative effects on their life satisfaction. Based on the analytic results, this study suggested a measure for lowering the deprivation experience of adults with disabilities and increasing their life satisfaction according to groups of adults with disabilities.
