DXA를 이용한 숙련된 방사선사와 초보 방사선사의정밀도 측정과 검사시간 및 분석시간에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Precision Test, Examination and Analysis Time of Experienced Medical Radiation Technologists and Beginner Radiation Technologists Using DXA)

초록

Variations between experienced x-ray technologists and beginners could be discoveredon DXA accuracy tests, indicating their differences in knowledge and experience. This study analyzesthe relationship between DXA scan times on the accuracy test and the level of experience withDXA. Through this research we may improve the diagnostic dependability and productivity of DXAstudies. The target group of this research were 24 technologists in Seoul who have been workingin the DXA departments of general hospitals. We have analyzed their accuracy test and scanningtime data, as well as the duration of the accuracy analysis. We then divided them into two groups,one with more than 3 months of sufficient training and the other with only 1 month of basic training.
After comparing the data between the two groups, we discovered a slightly higher DXA accuracyin the beginner group, however the difference was not statistically meaningful. The experiencedgroup demonstrated faster scan times and following analysis time to a statistically meaningfuldegree (p<0.05). Based on this research, we can conclude that dependability and productivitycould be improved through sufficient enough training for a certain period of time.
