초록

Ulleungdo Island is a repository of history, culture, nature, and ecology and is a venue for ecological tourism with excellent and valuable tourism resources. This study was conducted to explore the issue of Ulleungdo tourism using social media big data. A total of 4,519 keywords were collected through Naver, Daum, and Google, and 60 keywords that were highly related to the final Ulleungdo tour were selected for research. As a result, first, diverse keywords recognized by Ulleungdo tourism such as ‘Dokdo’, ‘travel’, ‘tourist’, ‘Ulleung-gun’, ‘Korea Tourism Organization’, ‘no landing’, ‘inducement’, ‘Gyeongbuk’, ‘propulsion’, ‘flight’, ‘activation’, ‘visitor’, ‘resort’, ‘Ulleung-gun office’, ‘course’, ‘purity’, ‘start’ were extracted. Second, as the result of the CONCOR group analysis, a total of four clusters were formed. The four clusters were formed in the same form as Ulleungdo's air and land tourism and tourism development issues. Based on these findings, various academic implications and practical implications for Ulleungdo tourism were provided.
