빅데이터를 통해 살펴 본 유아교사 역량에 대한 사회적 인식 분석 (Analysis of Social Perception of Early Childhood Teacher Competency through Big Data)

초록

목적 본 연구는 빅데이터 분석을 통하여 어린이집교사 역량, 유치원교사 역량, 유아교사 역량에 대한 사회 전반적인 인식과 유아교사 역량에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 살펴 유아교사 역량의 방향을 탐색해 보는데 목적이 있다.
방법 이를 위해 어린이집교사 역량, 유치원교사 역량, 유아교사 역량을 검색어로 하여 최근 5년간 네이버 블로그, 카페, 뉴스, 지식인, 학술정보, 웹정보와 다음의 블로그, 카페, 뉴스, 웹정보, 구글의 뉴스, 페이스북, 웹문서를 수집하여 분석하였다. 수집된 데이터는1차와 2차의 정제 과정을 거쳐 단어 빈도수를 바탕으로 주요 단어 50개를 선정하여 의미연결망 분석을 실시하였다.
결과 첫째, 어린이집교사 역량과 관련한 키워드의 빈도분석 결과, 교육이 가장 높은 빈도로 나타났고, 그 다음으로는 보육교사, 교사, 어린이집, 지원 등의 순으로 나타났고다. 중심성 분석 결과, 연결 중심성 및 근접 중심성이 가장 높은 키워드는 교육이었으며, 매개 중심성이 가장 높은 키워드는 교사이었다. 둘째, 유치원교사 역량과 관련한 키워드의 빈도분석 결과, 교사가 가장 높은 빈도로나타났고, 그 다음으로는 연수, 유치원, 교육 등의 순으로 나타났다. 중심성 분석 결과, 연결 중심성, 근접 중심성 및 매개 중심성이가장 높은 키워드는 교사이었다. 셋째, 유아교사 역량과 관련한 키워드의 빈도분석 결과, 교육이 가장 높은 빈도로 나타났고, 그 다음으로는 연구, 연수, 유치원, 교사 등의 순으로 나타났다. 중심성 분석 결과, 연결 중심성이 가장 높은 키워드는 예비유아교사이었으며, 근접 중심성 및 매개 중심성이 가장 높은 키워드는 연구이었다.
결론 빅데이터 분석을 통해 어린이집교사와 유치원교사 역량에 대한 인식의 차이는 없었으며, 유아교사 역량에 대한 인식이 유아교사를 양성하는 교육기관에서부터 이루어져야 한다고 인식하고 있었고, 유아교사 역량 중 교육 및 수업에 대한 연구자로서의 역할에대한 기대가 크다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

영어초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of the competency of early childhood teachers by examining factors affecting the overall social perception and early childhood teacher competency of daycare center teacher competency, kindergarten teacher competency, and early childhood teacher competency through big data analysis.
Methods The purposes of this study were to specify variables related to convergence competency, and to analyze the structural relationships among them. To this end, using the search terms for daycare center teacher competency, kindergarten teacher competency, and early childhood teacher competency, Naver blog, cafe, news, intellectual, academic information, web information and Daum blog, cafe, news, web information, Google news, Facebook and web documents were collected and analyzed. The collected data went through the first and second refining processes, and 50 major words were selected based on word frequency and semantic network analysis was performed.
Results First, as a result of frequency analysis of keywords related to childcare center teacher competency, education showed the highest frequency, followed by childcare teachers, teachers, daycare centers, and support. As a result of centrality was education, and keyword with the highest mediation centrality was teacher. Second, as a result of frequency analysis of keywords related to kindertarten teacher compotencey, teachers showed the highest frequency, folowed by training, kindergarten, and education. As a result of centrality analysis, the key world with the highest connection centrality, proximity centrality, and mediation centrality was teacher. Third, as a result of frequency analysis of keywords related to the competency of early childhood teachers, education showed the highest frequency, followed by research, trainging, kindergarten, and teachers. As a result of the centrality analysis, the keyword with the highest connection centrality was pre-kindergarten teacher, and the keywrod with the highest proximity centrality and mediation centrality was research.
Conclusions Through big data analysis, there was no difference in the perception of daycare center teachers and kindergarten teacher’s competency. It can be seen that the expectations for the role as a researcher are high.
