공간빅데이터와 격자체계를 활용한 농촌진단 고도화 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Rural Diagnosis Using Spatial Big Data and a Grid System)

초록

본 연구는 농촌의 발전적 재생과 회복을 지원할 수 있도록 공간빅데이터 및 격자체계를 활용하여 농촌진단을 고도화하는데 그 목적이 있다. 기존 행정구역 단위의 광범위하고 획일화된 진단 및 분석 수준을 극복하기 위해 공간빅데이터의 구득성과 격자구조로의 변환 가능성을 우선적으로 고려하였다. 표준화된 격자체계를 농촌지역에 적용하고, 읍･면단위 진단지수와 격자단위 진단지수를 각각 산출하여 비교･분석하였다는 점에서 기존의 연구와 차별된다. 진단영역은 인구사회, 생활편의, 산업경제, 환경안전 부문으로 구분하고, 각 부문별 진단지수를 산술평균하여 대상지의 종합 진단지수를 산출하였다. 그 과정에서 각종 통계자료와 공간정보 등은 최근 5년간 누적된 공공데이터를 주로 이용하였고, 진단지수의 공간통계 처리와 GIS 공간분석 기법을 통해 가독성 높은 도면으로 시각화하였다. 이와 같이 정밀한 격자단위의 농촌진단 방식은 기존 행정구역 단위의 진단에서는 드러나지 않은 농촌사회의 시공간적 특성을 도출하는 한편, 정책적 측면의 농촌재생 지원 및 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

영어초록

The purpose of the present study is to improve rural diagnosis by using spatial big data and a grid system with the purpose of supporting the developmental regeneration and recovery of rural villages. The study considered the attainability of spatial big data and its convertibility to a grid structure in order to overcome the level of wide-ranging and uniform diagnosis and analysis involved in units of existing administrative districts. The study differentiates itself from existing studies in that it applies a standardized grid system to rural areas and compares and analyzes diagnostic indices per township unit and grid unit by calculating each of them. The diagnostic domain is divided into the fields of demographics, convenience of living, industry and economy, and environmental safety, and the comprehensive diagnostic index of the target area was calculated through the numerical mean of the diagnostic indices of each field. During this process, the study mainly applied public data accumulated in the past five years, specifically, various statistical data and spatial information, and visualized a highly readable diagram through the spatial statistical treatment of the diagnostic indices along with GIS spatial analysis functions. Such a precise method of rural diagnosis per grid unit is expected to, on the one hand, deduct the spatial-temporal characteristics of rural communities, which were previously hidden in diagnoses for units of existing administrative districts, and make contributions toward supporting and revitalizing rural regeneration in terms of policy.
