소셜 미디어 빅데이터 분석을 통한 복합리조트 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on Awareness of Integrated Resort Using Big Data Analytics of Social Media)

초록

본 연구에서는 빅데이터 분석을 통해 국민들이 복합리조트에 대한 인식이 어떠한지를 알아보고자 2018년 11월 26일부터 2019년 11월 26일까지 1년 동안 정보의 접근이 용이한 네이버와 다음에서 복합 리조트가 일반적인 의미로 어떻게 검색되고 있는지 알아보았다. 그리고 수집된 빅데이터를 활용하여 텍스트를 수집하고 정제, 분석, 시각화의 과정을 통해 정보를 도출하였다. 복합리조트 관련 주요 키워드 전체 네트워크를 분석한 결과 네트워크 중심에는 복합 리조트와 영종도로 나타났다. 또한 중심부의 주변위치에는 테마파크, 카지노, 리조트, 호텔 등이 존재하였다. 이것은 한국의 복합리조트는 숙박시설을 기반으로 한 테마파크와 카지노를 포함한 시설로 복합리조트를 인식하고 있다는 것이다. 다음으로 네트워크분석의 가장자리에는 가족, 객실, 여행, 바다, 펜션 등의 키워드가 위치하였다. 이것은 복합 리조트를 검색하는 고객들의 관심은 가족단위의 관광에 중심이 되고 있다는 것이다. 결론적으로 복합리조트에 대한 국민들의 인식은 인천을 중심으로 개발예정인 복합리조트에 대한 관심이 많은 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 복합리조트의 기능 중 카지노, 테마파크, 숙박시설 등 한국과 근접한 마카오나 필리핀 등의 복합리조트의 기능을 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 접근성이 뛰어나 많은 방문경험에 의한 것으로 볼 수 있을 것이다. 또한 현재 복합리조트가 내륙이 아닌 인천이나 제주도 등 바닷가에 위치하고 있어 복합리조트의 설립위치를 바닷가로 인식하고 있으며, 또한 가족 단위로 즐길 수 있는 체험위주의 시설로 인식하고 있는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 마지막으로 복합리조트가 고용창출 등 긍정적인 산업효과가 있는 것으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 복합리조트를 개발함에 있어 카지노, 테마파크, 마이스 등 복합리조트의 메인 기능중 하나를 설정하여 포지셔닝을 하여야 할 것이며, 특히 가족단위 관광객들이 즐길 수 있는 다양한 체험시설을 포함한 복합리조트로 개발하여야 할 것이다.

영어초록

This study observed how the general meanings of integrated resorts are searched for in Naver and Daum, which allow easy access to information, from November 26, 2018 to November 26, 2019 to observe how people perceive integrated resorts through big data analytics. Also, it collected texts using the collected big data and deduced information through a process of refinement, analysis, and visualization. Analysis of the full network of integrated resort-related major keywords showed that integrated resort and Yeongjongdo Island appeared in the center of the network. Also, theme park, casino, resort, and hotel existed in surrounding areas of the core. This means that the integrated resorts of Korea are perceived as facilities that include theme parks and casinos based on lodging facilities. Next, the keywords of family, room, trip, ocean, and pension were located at the edges of the network analysis. This shows that the interests of clients searching for integrated resorts are focused on family tourism. Conclusively, the perceptions of people regarding integrated resorts show a lot of interest in integrated resorts that are in the midst of development plans focusing on Incheon and in particular, when considering integrated resort functions, people thought of the functions of integrated resorts that are seen in Macao or the Philippines, which are close to Korea, such as casinos, theme parks, and lodging facilities. This can be seen to be because of frequent visiting experiences due to easy accessibility. Also, current integrated resorts are located not inland but by the ocean such as in places such as Incheon or Jejudo so the establishment locations of integrated resorts are perceived to be by the ocean and they are perceived as experience-focused facilities where families can have fun together. Lastly, integrated resorts are perceived to have positive industrial effects such as job creation. Therefore, the development of future integrated resorts should establish a main function such as a casino, theme park, or MICE, and work on positioning and in particular, they should be developed as integrated resorts that include diverse experience facilities that tourists can enjoy as family units.
