소셜 빅데이터 분석을 통한 대학생 창업교육 트렌드 분석 (An Analysis of the Trend of Startup Education for University Students through Social Big Data Analysis)

초록

창업교육을 효과적으로 지원하기 위해서는 기존 창업교육의 동향을 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 소셜 빅데이터를 활용하여 창업교육에 관한 데이터를 수집·분석함으로써 대학생 창업교육의 동향을 파악하소, 정책적 대안을 제시하였다.
창업교육의 트렌드를 분석하기 위해 소셜 빅 데이터를 수집하여 현황을 파악하고 주요 토픽을 도출하였다. 이를 위해 TEXTOM을 활용하여 구글, 네이버, 다음 등의 주요 포털 사이트 내 2018년부터 2022년 8월 말까지의 창업교육 관련 소셜 빅데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터는 텍스트 마이닝 과정을 통해 정제된 단어를 도출하였고 이를 바탕으로 빈도분석 및 중심성 분석, N-gram 분석, 매트릭스 분석, 토픽 분석 등을 수행하였다.
창업교육 내 상위 키워드를 분석한 결과, 개발, 기술 등의 단어가 가장 많이 등장하였으며, 연구소, 대학이 상위권에 등장하면서 창업교육이 학계와 연구계를 중심으로 활성화되어 있음을 확인하였다. 정보, 사업, 정책, 지원 등의 키워드를 통해 창업교육정보에 대한 관심과, 사업 및 정책적 지원에 대한 데이터가 많이 형성되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 창업교육의 감성분석 결과, 긍정적인 의견이 74.62%를 차지하였다. CONCOR 분석을 통해 담론을 분석한 결과 크게 센터를 중심으로 공동연구에 관한 담론, 대학 중심의 학술적 창업교육 활동, 국내 산업체 단위의 기술개발 협력 활동, 세계경제에 관한 국제적 학술교류에 관한 담론이 주요 담론으로 도출되었다. 네트워크 분석을 통해 대학이 가장 활발한 창업교육 활동을 수행하고 있음을 알 수 있었다.
이러한 연구 결과는 창업교육 내 핵심 키워드를 살펴보고 현재 창업교육 내 형성된 담론과 주제를 살펴봄으로써 향후 창업교육의 주요 쟁점을 예측하는데 유용한 자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 정책적 대안으로 (1)글로벌 창업교육의 활성화, (2)대학생 관심분야별 창업특화프로그램 운영, (3)창업교육 방식의 전환, (4)창업교육 인프라 조성, (5)창업교육 연계 거버넌스 구축 등을 제시하였다.

In order to effectively support start-up education, it is necessary to look at the trends of existing start-up education. In this study, by collecting and analyzing data on start-up education using social big data, the trend of start-up education for college students was identified and policy alternatives were suggested.
In order to analyze the trend of start-up education, social big data were collected to grasp the current status and derive major topics. To this end, TEXTOM was used to collect social big data related to start-up education from 2018 to the end of August 2022 in major portal sites such as Google, Naver, and Daum. The collected data derived purified words through the text mining process, and based on this, frequency analysis and centrality analysis, N-gram analysis, matrix analysis, and topic analysis were performed.
As a result of analyzing the top keywords in start-up education, it was confirmed that words such as development and technology appeared the most, and as research institutes and universities appeared in the top, start-up education was activated around academia and research circles. Keywords such as information, business, policy, and support showed that interest in start-up education information and data on business and policy support were formed. As a result of the emotional analysis of start-up education, positive opinions accounted for 74.62%, and evaluations such as excellent, growing, good, and solid were derived. As a result of analyzing the discourse through CONCOR analysis, the discourse on joint research centered on the center, academic start-up education activities centered on universities, technology development cooperation activities at the domestic industry level, and international academic exchanges on the global economy were drawn as major discourses. Through network analysis, it can be seen that universities are carrying out the most active start-up education activities.
These research results are expected to be useful data for predicting major issues of start-up education in the future by examining key keywords in start-up education and examining the discourse and topics formed in current start-up education. As a policy alternative, (1) revitalization of global start-up education, (2) start-up specialized programs and convergence education, (3) conversion of start-up education methods, and (4) creation of start-up education infrastructure, (5) establishment of governance linked to start-up education were suggested.
