시각장애학교 초등부 교사의 현장체험학습에 대한 실태 및 개선 방안 (The Actual State on the Actual Experience Learning of the Primary Teachers for the Visually Handicapped Schools and Amelioration Strategies)

초록

본 연구는 전국 시각장애학교 초등부 교사의 현장체험학습에 대한 인식 및 실태와 개선방안을 알아보기 위해 교사의 배경 변인에 따라 현장체험학습에 대한 인식과 실태 그리고 문제점과 개선방안에 관한 영역으로 문항을 구성하여 이들에 대해 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. 연구 결과를 토대로 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현장체험학습에 대한 필요성은 공립학교가 사립이나 국립학교보다 더 높게 인식하고, 현장체험학습에 대한 흥미도와 사전교육의 필요성은 고학년 담당교사가 저학년 담당교사보다 더 높았다. 현장체험학습 실시 횟수는 국립과 사립학교가 ‘월1회’, 공립학교가 ‘한 학기에 2회’와 ‘횟수에 상관없이 주제에 따라 실시’가 가장 많았고. 경력별로는 5년 이하와 11년 이상은 ‘월1회’, 6～10년은 ‘횟수에 상관없이 주제에 따라 실시’가 가장 많았다. 현장체험학습 장소로는 ‘박물관’과 학습 장소에서 많이 활용하는 방법은 ‘아동이 직접 체험하기’가 가장 많았고, 사전활동 방법은 경력별, 연령별에서 ‘교사가 체험 장소와 내용에 관해 설명하기’가 가장 많았다. 둘째, 현장체험학습 시의 문제점은 ‘중복장애아동의 행동장애로 인해 통제가 어렵다’가 가장 많았고, 현장체험학습을 위한 바람직한 형태는 남녀교사 모두 ‘학교와 가정의 연계 형태’가 가장 많았다. 현장체험학습을 위한 연수내용은 20대는 ‘시각장애아동의 현장체험학습지에 대한 정보전달’, 30대와 40대 이상은 ‘교육과정에 의거한 시각장애아동의 현장체험학습 적용방법’이 가장 많았다. 현장체험기관에 대한 요구 사항은 ‘만지기 체험학습’이 가장 많았고, 현장체험학습의 활성화 방안으로는 ‘다양한 현장체험학습 장소 개발’이 가장 많았다.

영어초록

This study is to investigate the recognition, actual state, problems and amelioration method, and analyze some difference. In order to carry out the purposes, in accordance with the teachers' background variations items are composed of, according to the areas concerning the recognition of actual experience learning, actual state, problems and amelioration method.
The summary is as follows. First, in the area of the need for the actual experience learning, public schools appear higher than private and national schools and, in the area of the interest degree and the need for the previous education, advanced teacher are higher than lower class teachers and in the area of actual experience carry out inning, the inning of public and private schools is once per month, each, and public schools are two innings per semester and regardless of the inning, there are the most carry out innings according to careers. According to the career, there is one inning per month among under five years and over eleven years, and from six to ten years there are the most cases regardless of the innings, according to theme to carry out among actual experience lesson places, the item the students experience directly, that is, most used in museum and learning places, is most, and in the area of previous activity methods. According to career and age, 'Teachers' explanation is most.
Second, among the problems in the time of real experience learning, there is the most innings in that it is the most difficult to control owing to multiple handicapped students behavior handicaps. So the most desirable form is that both male teachers and female teachers have the most correlations between schools and homes. In the area of training contents, the twenties, there are the most cases as to the information delivery concerning the visually handicapped actual information delivery concerning the visually handicapped' actual experience learning text and among over the thirtieth and fortieth the visually handicapped' actual area experience learning adaption methods are most founded on education curriculums. As to demanded items concerning actual experience institution, touching experience learning is most and as for actual experience learning activation strategies, there are the most cases of the development of various actual experience learning places.
