초록

Industrial heat dissipation protective clothing is a protective equipment that protects workers from high heat in industrial sites that handle molten metals such as iron, copper, and aluminum. Existing protective clothing uses a multi-layered non-woven fabric as a base fabric for insulation performance, so it is heavy in weight and has disadvantages in terms of activity and comfort. The protective clothing under development is intended to enhance comfort by composing the fabric with a fiber composite structure that has been treated with a warp knitted structure (tricot) to increase comfort. To evaluate the workability of these protective clothing, ergonomic evaluation of ANNEX D of ISO 11612:2008 was performed. Each item was evaluated by performing visual inspection, wearing inspection, and behavioral inspection. The protective clothing under development was evaluated to be somewhat inconvenient when the range of motion is large, such as sitting or climbing stairs, and it is expected to be effectively used in suggesting improvement plans for new protective clothing.
