르페브르 공간 이론으로 본 VR (VR Based on Lefebvre Space Theory)

초록

In modern times, the digital revolution, the fourth industrial revolution, has merged with industry, and the perception ofspace has changed with virtual space (metaverse). With a variety of digital technologies, social connection is a superhumancommunity that transcends national boundaries, and the integration of technology, economic society and humanities is takingplace. Through these changes in spatial concepts and perceptions, we will recognize existing spatial concepts as social unitsand study them through Lefebvre's spatial theory among those who are in the mainstream of spatial theory of modernphilosophy. Through Descartes and Kant's theory of space and relative space, Lefebvre tried to present a new way ofunderstanding space that included the diversity of spatial life. He tried to reach Milphy's perception of space through “spacedialectics”(space practice, space reproduction, reproduction space) and directed toward the production of social-related spaces.
Unlike existing spatial concepts that rely on mathematical formulas, physical laws, and geographical characteristics, Lefebvreargued that the general concept of space should be treated around cities as a social unit. By applying social space as avirtual space connected to real space, we can see that modern spatial perception has a new social relationship change.
According to his theory, the changes in the field of human interest from the Middle Ages were expressed through the paintingtechnique of Giotto, and the philosophical interest in space became more diverse, and the Renaissance perspective began tobe drawn into the spatial composition. Among them, Lefebvre's The Production of Space, which discussed the social dimensionof space, explains the social space through the proposition that “(social) space is (social) product.” He saw space as a socialresult in the sense of globalization, but it is because the space accumulates social activities and acts repeated from everydaylife and has countless perceptions and social production styles. Therefore, space expresses its character by what kind ofsociety and what kind of age it is, and each society appears as its own space. By applying the theory of Lefebvre in this way,we intend to derive the characteristics and architectural possibilities of VR space through triplet relationships developed in spatialpractice, spatial reproduction, and reproduction space. Next, I would like to examine the possibility of VR by using various VRspace examples in the Lefebvre space theory.
