초록

최근 몇 년 동안 급격한 성장과 확산을 거듭하면서 인터넷은 기업의 비즈니스에 있어서 중요한 위치를 차지하게 되었다. 특히 B2B e-마켓플레이스 시장은 큰 거래 규모를 바탕으로 하여 괄목할 만한 성장을 보이며 인터넷 비즈니스의 중심으로 자리 잡고 있다. B2B e-마켓플레이스 도입의 가속화됨에 따라 B2B e-마켓플레이스의 성과평가 문제도 중요하게 인식되고 있으며, 따라서 성과평가에 대한 연구가 필요한 것으로 판단되었다.
따라서 본 연구는 『B2B 네트워크 구축사업』에 참여하고 있는 "업종별 전문 B2B e-마켓플레이스"의 성과를 균형적으로 평가할 수 있는 BSC(Balanced Scorecard)방법론을 활용하여 성과지표를 개발하고, 성과지표 항목과 항목별 중요도를 밝혀내기 위한 연구 방법으로는 기존 문헌에 대한 연역적 연구와 항목별 중요도 도출을 위한 계층분석과정 방법(AHP; Analytic Hierarchy Process)을 사용하였다.
본 연구는 현재까지 연구가 활발하지 않은 B2B e-마켓플레이스의 성과 측정에 대해 연구를 시도하였다는 점과 기존의 균형적 성과 측정 관점에 대해 지식경영과 연관된 혁신역량 및 성장 관점을 강화하였다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

영어초록

In recent years, the Internet has taken an important position in business fields through rapid growth and advancement. Particularly in showing eye-opening growth with the large volume of business, the B2B e-marketplace is putting down its roots in the Internet business field. As the introduction of the B2B e-marketplace is speeding up, performance measurement in the B2B e-marketplace is recognized more importantly. Consequently a study of performance measurement is needed.
This study has drawn four performance measurement viewpoints, namely- business value, operation process, renovation capability, and growth on the basis of the existing study of balanced performance measurement. I developed 11 Critical success factors and 28 Key performance indicators through a deductive method. I interviewed specialists on the basis of four performance measurement viewpoints, drawing out an importance degree from a vertical type e-market place model and horizontal type e-market place model participating in the B2B networking business.
As a result, comparing a model of vertical type e-market place with a model of horizontal type e-market place, it is confirmed that the financial outcome of an outside user's viewpoint is more important than the viewpoint of business measurement on both types of e-marketplaces. Participants in the vertical type e-market place received the results as a cost reduction and productivity improvement through business process reform, participants in the horizontal type e-market place received the results as a sale elevation caused by transaction increase, new market, and customer creation through the introduction of a B2B e-market place, with a conclusion that should measure the results about those in priority.
This study revealed the significance of tracking the performance measurement of the B2B e-market place that has not been actively studied, as well as reinforcing the reform capacity and growth viewpoints connected to knowledge management and preexisting measurement viewpoints of balanced performance.
