초록

도시형태와 조직의 맥락 속에서 물리적인 형태의 변화과정은 도로와 대지, 그리고 건물에 의해 구성된 도시조직에 따라 결정되게 된다. 따라서 도시공간의 물리적인 형태 및 조직을 구성하는 개별 구성요소의 분석과 이에 따른 각 요소별 상관관계의 평가는 도시공간 구성의 형태 및 조직을 분석하여 그 문제점을 도출, 해결방안을 모색하는 과정이라고 할 수 있으며, 이러한 평가를 통하여 바람직한 물리적 환경을 창출할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구의 세부적인 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청주시 사창동 택지개발지구의 조직과 형태를 구성하고 있는 도로와 건물, 그리고 대지에 관한 기초적인 조사를 실시하여, 구성요소별 상관관계를 분석한다. 둘째, 기초적인 구성요소의 분석 및 상관관계의 파악을 통하여, 사창동 택지개발지구의 일반적인 공간조직과 특성을 도출한다. 셋째, 1차 기초조사를 바탕으로, 2차 설문조사를 실시하여 사창동 택지개발지구 공간구성의 형태와 조직의 물리적 구조 및 심리적 구조적 분석한다. 넷째, 위의 세 단계를 종합하여 사창동 택지개발지구의 공간구성의 조직과 형태를 평가한다. 연구는 크게 도시조직 및 도시형태, 공간인식, 그리고 공간평가의 부분으로 이루어 졌으며, 설문조사와 평가를 통해 결론과 집단간 인식차를 도출해 낼 수 있었다. 도시공간의 조화를 위해서는 공간의 맥락적 측면이 중요한 요소로 작용하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있으며, 이는 공간지각 및 인지에 있어서 시각적 측면의 중요성을 다시 한 번 인식시켜준 결과이다. 인간이 가진 감각기관 중 공간 지각 및 인식에 관한 부분은 87%정도 시각에 의해 결정된다고 한다. 따라서 가장 쉽게 그리고 가장 즉각적인 인지적 반응을 유도할 수 있는 공간 맥락 조성의 방법은 물리적 환경의 시각적 조화를 통해 달성 될 수 있다.

영어초록

From connection inside of urban forms and tissues the change process of physical form the road and the area, and the building by follows in the urban system which is composed and it is decided. Consequently a possibility of doing, the evaluation of each element interrelation which it follows with the analysis of the individual integral part which composes the physical form and a tissue of urban space hereupon analyzes the form and a system of urban space composition and solve the problem, the process which gropes a solution there is like this evaluation leads and it will be able to create the physical environment. The detail objective of the research which it sees with afterwords is same. First, an integral part interrelation it executes the fundamental investigation regarding the road which composes Sachang-dong, Cheongju and a form and the building and the area it analyzes. Second, through analysis and interrelation of elements, fundamental integral part it leads, it conducts the area general space system and a quality. Third, 1st fundamental investigation with character, it executes a 2nd question investigation and physical structure of form and tissue of the area composition and psychological structure it analyzes. It puts together a fourth, dignity three phase and it evaluates the tissue and a form of the area's space composition. The research will come to accomplish a lot in portion of urban system and urban form, space recognition and space evaluation, question investigation and evaluation it will lead and will do a conclusion and the group for recognition difference and the possibility which it will put out it was. For harmony of urban space it is operating with the element where the connection side of the space where it stands is important there to be a possibility of knowing the thing, space perception and probably is, it is and it is a result again one time to recognize the importance of the time side. In the sensory organ which the human being has the portion regarding the space perception and a recognition by 87% degree says that it is decided. To be easy consequently most and the head of a family, the method of the space connection creation it will be able to induce the enemy reaction which probably is immediate will lead and visual harmony of physical environment it could be attained.
