한·일 해저 터널과 동북아시아 물류협력을 통한 한반도물류전략 확대방안 관한 연구 (A Study on the Expansion of Korean LogisticsStrategy)

초록

본 연구에서는 한·일 해저터널과 동북아 물류협력방안을 통하여 한반도 물류전략확대방안을 살펴 보기위해 선행연구를 살펴보고, 외국 및 국내 해저터널 사례, 한·일 해저터널 현황과 동북아물류협력방안을 고찰을 통하여 한반도 물류전략 확대방안을 도출해보고자 하였다.

향후 우리나라는 중국, 일본의 경제적 파급효과에서 최대한 이익을 확보하여야 하며, 지정학적 위치를 활용하여 우리나라를 동북아의 人流 物流의 중심지로 자리잡을수 있도록 하고 시베리아 대륙진출과 에너지자원확보 및 동북아경제권내 교통 인프라의 효율성을 강화하는 계기가 될 수 있다.
한일 해저터널은 유라시아 교통망 통합으로 이어질수 있으며, 이을 위해 아시아 횡단철도 북부노선(TAR NC:North corridor)을 이루고 있는 시베리아 횡단철도, 중국횡단철도, 몽골 횡단철도 및 만저우리 횡단 철도와 연계망 구축이 시현되고 이들 노선은 동북아시아, 중앙아시아, 중동 및 유렵을 상호 연결성을 갖고 있으며, 한반도의 연계망 구축은 동북아시아 교통망과 물류망 및 자원 연계망으로 이어져 동북아시아 관계국간의 물류 협력성 증대를 가져오고, 실질적인 동북아시아 국간들 간에 협력 증대로 이어져 요동치고 있는 동북아시아의 국가 간의 긴장성과 대립성 해소에도 기여하게 될 것이다.
한반도의 연계망 구축 확대는 경제협력과 우리나라의 내수 시장 확대에도 기여하게 될 것이며, 수출입 2조불 시대를 목표로 하고 있는 우리나라의 무역규모 확대와 경제규모의 신장에도 기여할 것으로 사료 된다.
더불어 우리나라의 철도망인 TKR과 TSR 및 TCR의 연계망 확대로 이어져 궁극적으로 북한의 동북아시아 국가 간 협력과 경제 발전 및 낙후된 북한의 SOC 투자로 이어져 남북 경제협력과 한국의 북한 경제 부담력 해소에도 기여할 것으로 보여 진다.

영어초록

Purpose:The purpose of This study reviewed advance research to find ways to expand logistics strategies for the Korean Peninsula through the Korea-Japan undersea tunnel and Northeast Asia logistics cooperation measures and to draw up measures to expand logistics strategies for the Korean Peninsula by considering cases of foreign and domestic undersea tunnels, the status of Korea-Japan undersea tunnel and logistics cooperation in Northeast Asia.
Research design, data, methodology:this paper was conducted through the theoretical background and the consideration of previous studies.
In the future, Korea should secure maximum profits from the economic ripple effects of China and Japan, and it can serve as an opportunity to use its geopolitical position to establish Korea as a hub of Northeast Asia, to advance into the Siberian continent, to secure energy resources, and to enhance the efficiency of transportation infrastructure in the Northeast Asian economic region.
Results:According to the Korea-Japan submarine tunnel can lead to the integration of the Eurasian transport network. To this end, the Trans-Siberian Railway, Trans-China Railway, Trans-Mongolian Railway, and the Trans-Manzhouli Railway, which form the northern part of the Asian Trans-Siberian Railway (TAR NC: North Corridor), and these routes are interconnected with Northeast Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East and Europe, and the connection of the Korean Peninsula to Northeast Asia logistics network.
Conclusions:This Paper The establishment of an interconnection network on the Korean Peninsula will lead to a Northeast Asian transportation network, a logistics network, and a network of resources, resulting in increased logistics cooperation between Northeast Asian countries and the actual Northeast Asian countries. Thus it will contribute to the resolution of tension and confrontation among the fluctuating countries in Northeast Asia.
The expansion of the link network on the Korean Peninsula will also contribute to economic cooperation and the expansion of the nation's domestic market, as well as the expansion of the nation's trade volume and economic size, which is aimed at the era of $2 trillion in exports and imports.
In addition, it is expected that the expansion of the TKR, TSR and TCR links will ultimately lead to North Korea's cooperation among Northeast Asian countries, economic development and investment in the backward North's SOC, providing inter-Korean economic cooperation and South Korea's easing of the burden on the North's economy.
