초록

In 2020, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport mandated the introduction of BIM and proposed a plan for mandatory application of BIM for large-scale construction worth more than KRW 100 billion. Accordingly, this paper seeks to propose a BIM library classification method for special objects in large public facilities. For this purpose, we comprehensively ana- lyzed domestic cases such as the KBIMS library classification system and construction informa- tion classification system, as well as overseas cases such as the draft document of the bSI Airport Room. This paper designated the research scope as Gimpo International Airport and developed a BIM library classification method for special objects and a method for linking BIM objects and legacy systems. The classification method proposed in this study can be applied not only to Gimpo International Airport, which is the scope of the study, but also to the special object BIM library of other large facilities.
