발명교사인증제를 위한 『발명과 지식재산의 실제』 표준교재 개발 연구 (Study on the Development of Textbooks of 「Invention and Intellectual Property Practice」 for Invention Teacher Certification System)

초록

이 연구의 목적은 발명교사인증제를 위하여 타당성 있는 『발명과 지식재산의 실제』 표준교재를 개발하는데 있다.
연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 체제적 교수개발모형인 ADDIE 모형의 절차와 추진전략으로 5W1H1T를 활용하였다. 이에 따라 교재의 핵심 내용요소를 선별하였으며, 집필은 기존의 발명교사 표준교재(A)의 내용을 심화 및 차별화 하였다. 집필된 내용에 대해서는 전문가(변리사, 교육전문가, 교․사대 교수 등)의 검토 후 수정․보완하여 확정하였다.
연구를 통해 개발된 교재의 특징은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 이 교재는 그 동안의 발명 및 지식재산교육의 맥락 이해를 바탕으로 2015 개정교육과정 및 개정된 지식재산권 법에 기초한 것이다.
둘째, 이 교재는 발명 및 지식재산 내용학, 발명 및 지식재산 교육학으로 구분되며 도입질문, 본문, 다양한 정보와 팁, 교과서를 품은 활동, 주제를 닫는 토론 등 학습자에게 흥미로운 편집 체제로 구성되었다.
셋째, 이 교재는 지식재산을 사업화 할 수 있는 구체적인 창업과 마케팅 활동, 그리고 지식재산보호를 위한 이슈 중심의 침해와 분쟁에 대한 이해와 예방활동이 가능하도록 하였다.
이 연구를 통하여 개발된 교재는 발명교사인증 시험을 위한 표준교재와 발명 및 지식재산 관련 연수 교재로 활용될 뿐만 아니라 교대 및 사대에서 예비교사들의 전공교재로 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study was to develop and validate the "Invention and Intellectual Property Practice" textbook for Invention Teacher Certification System. The objectives of the specific research were as follows.
This study developed the core content element selection and validation process of the textbook by applying it to the ADDIE model which is a systematic teaching and development model and we used 5W1H1T as the strategy to achieve the purpose of the study. The development textbooks were written by deepening and differentiating the contents of the existing Invention Teacher Textbook(A), and the contents of the written texts were revised and supplemented through the process of validation through review of experts.
The characteristics of the textbook developed through the study were as follows.
First, the textbooks were written based on the 2015 curriculum and the revised intellectual property law, based on the contextual understanding of the invention and intellectual property education.
Second, the textbooks are classified into the Invention and Intellectual Property Content Studies, the Invention and the Intellectual Property Education Studies, and they are written with an interesting editorial system for the learner, including introduction questions, texts, various information and tips, activities with textbooks, Third, the textbooks were written to enable specific business start-ups and marketing activities to commercialize intellectual property, and understanding and preventive action for infringement and conflict based on issues for protecting intellectual property.
Therefore, the developed textbook should be used not only as a textbook for Invention Teacher Certification Examination, but also as a textbook for pre-service teachers in shifts and units. To this end, it is necessary to discuss the direction of utilization.
