발톱 관리 행동과 문제성 발톱 관리 실태 (Behavior of Toenail Management and State of Problematic Toenail Management)

초록

아름다워지고자 하는 인간의 욕구는 네일의 발전을 이끌어왔다. 여성의 사회진출 기회가 확대됨과 동시에 하이힐의 착용이 늘어나고, 경제력에 여유가 생긴 현대인들은 스포츠 활동이 늘어나면서 여성뿐 아니라 남성, 그리고 전 연령대의 발톱에 문제가 생기기 시작하였고, 발톱관리에 관심이 더욱 높아지고 있다. 또한 잘못된 관리로 문제성 손·발톱 시장의 성장을 가속화 시키고 있다. 국내 네일 시장의 문제성 손·발톱 분야는 많은 발전을 거듭하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 문제성 손·발톱 분야에 진출하고자 하는 많은 네일샵에서 발톱관리 실태와 만족도 요인에 관한 구체적이고 실질적인 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 발톱 관리 실태와 만족도 요인을 얻고자 20~50대 여성을 대상으로 모바일 폼(네이버 폼)양식을 이용한 설문지 107건과 지면 설문지 235매를 포함하여 총 333부(불성실한 설문지 9부 제외)를 회수하여 최종 분석하였다. 본 연구의 수집된 자료는 SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science) WIN 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석기법으로는 연구대상자의 일반적 특성을 살펴보기 위해 빈도와 백분율을 구하였다. 또한 여성들의 발톱 상태, 발톱 관리의 관심도, 발 관리행동, 전문샵 이용 실태, 그리고 문제성 발톱에 대해 알아보기 위해 빈도분석과 χ2(Chi-square) 검증, One-way ANOVA(일원변량분석), 그리고 t-test(검증)을 실시하였다.

영어초록

The human desire to be beautiful have led to the development of nails. As women’s opportunities became more expanded, the wearing of high heels has increased gradually. In fact, modern people that have enough economic power have started to have problems with their toenails due to increased sports activities. Also, improper management is accelerating the growth of the problematic nail and toenail markets. The problematic nail and toenail industries in the domestic nail markets are undergoing many developments.
Therefore, this study case aims to present specific and practical methods for nail and toenail management status and satisfaction factors in many nail shops that want to enter the problematic nail and toenail fields. To obtain the status of nail care and satisfaction factors, a total of 333 copies (excluding 9 insincerity surveys) were collected, including 107 questionnaires using (Never form) and 235 paper questionnaires form from women who are between their 20s and 50s and analyzed.
Trough this study case, it has been proven that women who are between 20s and 50s are concerns about toenails. Due to the continuous development of the nail market, problematic toenail management has proven to be the main service on the nail marker. The number of nail technicians with expertise in problem management is increasing, as well as specialist shops. However, to become a successful problem management shop, appropriate services must be developed, the services concepts must be different from others listen and understand what customer wants and achieve customer satisfaction. It must be accompanied by marketing that promotes the service, so the role of a professional nail stylist who can generate high sales based on it is the most important part. Therefore, it is hoped that this source will be helpful for many nail technicians that want to open problematic specialty shops in planning nail services and establish marketing strategies.
