초록

본 연구에서는 농산물종합가공센터의 유통판로구조를 파악하고 센터 직원과 농가들을 대상으로 농산물 종합가공센터 활성화와 유통촉진을 위한 협력적 요구도에 어떠한 차이가 있는지 분석하고자 하였다. 인식차이검증을 통해 농업자원과 문화관광의 융복합 측면에서 농업가공센터를 활용한 가공농산물 유통 촉진 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 「농촌융･복합산업 육성 및 지원에 관한 법률」에 따라 지역의 농산물, 자연･문화 자원을 이용하여 가공･유통･관광등과 관련된 상품이나 서비스를 결합하여 부가가치를 높이는 활동을 통해 농촌관광과 지역이 상생할 수 있는 기회를 모색하고자 하였다. 농촌지역은 농촌대로 어려움을 겪고 여행업계는 코로나 바이러스로 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 농산물 종합농업가공센터의 유통시장 구조를 파악하고, 농산물 종합농업가공센터이용 농가의 농산물 가공식품 유통촉진을 위한 협력요건의 차이를 분석하고자 하였다. 향후 지역농업과 문화관광 융합을 통해 농촌과 여행산업이 상생하고 농산물 종합가공센터 활용 농산물 가공식품의 유통판로 확대를 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 하였다.

영어초록

This study was conducted to understand the distribution market structure of an agricultural processing center and analyze the differences in the cooperative requirements for the promotion of the agricultural processing center and promotion of distribution to the employees and farmers of the center. Through the recognition difference T-test, the government wanted to draw up measures to promote the distribution of processed agricultural products using the agricultural processing center in terms of convergence of agricultural resources and culture and tourism. Under the Act on the Promotion and Support of Rural Convergence and Complex Industries, the government sought opportunities for rural tourism and the region to coexist through activities to increase added value by combining products or services related to processing, distribution, and tourism using local agricultural products and natural and cultural resources. Rural areas are suffering while the travel industry is suffering from COVID-19. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify the distribution market structure of the comprehensive agricultural processing center and to analyze the differences in cooperation requirements for promoting the distribution of processed foods of farmers using the comprehensive agricultural processing center. In the future, through the convergence of local agriculture and culture and tourism, the rural and travel industries will coexist and use them as basic data for expanding the distribution channels of agricultural processed foods using the comprehensive processing center for agricultural products.
