어린이 문화유산 교육 활용을 위한 역사 거리 선정 평가에 관한 연구 -중국 후베이성(湖北省) 우한시(武汉市) 역사 거리를 중심으로 (A Study on Evaluating the Selection of Historic Districts for Utilisation in Children's Heritage Education - Focusing on the Historic Districts of Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China)

초록

어린이 문화유산 교육은 어린이의 문화유산에 대한이해를 돕고, 전통문화에 대한 관심을 자극하며 역사적 정체성과 문화적 소양을 키워줄 수 있다. 역사 거리는 문화유산 공간의 중요한 구성 부분으로, 많은 문화유산 자원이 모여 있어 어린이의 일상적인 활동과학습에 매우 유의미한 장소로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는어린이 문화유산 교육을 위한 역사 거리 활용에 관한평가 체계 구축을 통해 관련 대안들을 체계적으로 분석하고 평가하여 어린이 문화유산 교육을 위한 목적에 가장 적합한 역사 거리를 선정하고자 한다. 아울러본 연구에서 구축한 평가 방법 모델은 향후 관련 연구의 이론적 기초로 될 것이라 생각된다.
본 연구에서는 우선 문헌 고찰을 통해 역사 거리활용을 위한 평가 방법과 흐름을 확정한 후, 어린이문화유산 교육의 목표에 따른 평가 기준 및 지표를결정하고, 델파이 기법(Delphi Method)을 통해 평가지표 가중치를 분석하였으며, 다기준 의사결정법(Multi Criteria Decision Making)에 기반한 평가모델을 구축하였다. 마지막으로 중국 후베이성(湖北省) 우한시(武 汉市)에 있는 5개의 역사 거리를 선정하여 실증적 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 연구 결과 및 구체적 내용은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 역사 거리 활용의 사전 평가에 대한 전체 흐름을 구축한다.
둘째, 어린이 문화유산 교육을 위한 역사 거리 활용에영향을 미치는 요인으로는 역사적 가치, 문화 다양성, 환경의 질, 공간의 유연성 및 접근성이 있다. 그중 역사적 가치와 문화 다양성은 가장 중요한 영향 요인이다.
셋째, 어린이 문화유산 교육을 위한 역사 거리 활용평가 체계를 구축하고 다양한 분야의 전문가와 협력하여다양한 주체를 포함한 정성 및 정량 평가를 수행한다.
넷째, 우한시(武汉市) 역사 거리에 대한 평가 및 연구를 진행하고, 장한로(江汉路)와 중산대도(中山大道) 역사 거리를 가장 적합한 대안으로 선정한다.본 연구의 결과는 어린이 문화유산 교육을 위한 역사 거리활용 평가에 이론적 기초와 실천적 지도를 제공하는바 역사 거리의 지속 가능한 발전을 실현하는 데 그의의가 있다.

영어초록

Cultural heritage education for children can help them understand their cultural heritage, stimulate their interest in traditional culture, and foster a sense of historic identity and cultural literacy. Historic districts are an important component of cultural heritage spaces and can be seen as places where many cultural heritage resources are gathered, making them highly relevant for children's daily activities and learning. Through the establishment of an evaluation system for the utilisation of historical streets for children's cultural heritage education, this study aims to systematically analyse and evaluate relevant alternatives to select the most suitable historic districts for the purpose of children's cultural heritage education. Additionally, the evaluation method model established in this study will serve as a theoretical basis for future related studies.
In this study, firstly the evaluation method and process for the utilisation of historic districts were established through a literature review. Following that, the evaluation criteria and indicators were determined based on the objectives of children's cultural heritage education, and the weighting of the evaluation criteria was analysed using the Delphi Method. Subsequently, an evaluation model based on Multi-Criteria Decision Making was constructed.
Finally, five historic districts in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China were selected to conduct an empirical study. The research results and specific contents of this study are as follows.
Firstly, the overall flow of the preliminary evaluation of the utilisation of historic districts is established.
Secondly, the factors influencing the utilisation of historic districts for children's cultural heritage education comprise historical value, cultural diversity, environmental quality, spatial flexibility, and accessibility. Amongst these, historical value and cultural diversity are the most significant determinants.
Third, establish an evaluation system for the utilisation of historic districts for children's cultural heritage education and cooperate with experts in various fields to conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluations involving various actors.
Fourth, conduct evaluation and research on the historic districts of Wuhan City and select the historic districts of Jianghan Road and Zhongshan Avenue as the most suitable alternatives. The results of this study provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the evaluation of the utilisation of historic districts for children's cultural heritage education, and are significant in realising the sustainable development of historic districts.
