히스테리(자)의 욕망에 대한 라캉 정신분석 사례연구 -「프로이트적 무의식에서의 주체의 전복과 욕망의 변증법」에 근거하여 (A Lacanian Psychoanalytic Case Study of the Desire of the hysteric -Based on “The Subversion of the Subject and the Dialectic of Desire in the Freudian Unconscious”)

초록

히스테리는 다양한 임상도를 재현하는 증상이고, 신경증의 한구조이며, 담론이다. 히스테리는 자신의 정체성을 찾기 위해 대타자로부터 비롯된 동일시 통해 환상과 증상에 이은 불만족한욕망을 전개한다. 히스테리의 병인학적 고찰은 의문(남자인가여자인가?), 동일시(상징적 동일시, 상상적 동일시), 주요 성감대(구순), 성욕 태도(혐오), 증상(전환), 존재 전략(타자의 욕망의 원인되기), 분리 전략(타자를 보완하기), 본환상(a ◇ A/ ), 그리고 욕망(불만족한 욕망)을 통해 논의된다. 라캉 정신분석(비표준 분석)에 참여한 H(히스테리자)는 분석의 끝에서 욕망의 법에반하는 범주에 도달하는 주이상스의 거절로서 거세를 경험한다.
즉 H는 말을 통해 전개되는 의식적/무의식적 의미화 연쇄에서분석가의 구두점과 절분을 통해, 자신의 욕망(d)과 환상(S/ ◇a) 사이의 충동(S/ ◇D)을 발견한 후, 대타자의 결여(S(A/ ))를 마주함으로써 거세(-φ)를 수용한다. 이는 H의 오이디푸스 과정에서좌절과 박탈 이후 거세의 수용과, 대타자의 주이상스에서 남근적 주이상스로의 변형을 이룬다(분석가와의 분리). 또한 분석이후 생톰과의 동일시를 통해 여성적 주이상스로의 변형을 이루는, 비전체/탈존으로 여자가 되는 주체적 실현의 방향성을 갖는다(자신과의 분리). 궁극적으로 라캉 정신분석 실천은 히스테리(자)가 자신의 증상에 대한 책임을 지는 작업으로서 생톰과의동일시를 통해 정신적/성격적 구조의 수정을 가져오며, 이러한구조적 변화는 이전의 삶과는 다른 질적 관계를 갖는 것을 의미한다.

영어초록

Hysteria is a symptom that presents a diversity of clinical picture, a structure of neurosis, and a discourse. Hysteria unfolds an unsatisfied desire following a fantasy and a symptom through identification with the Other in order to find his/her identity. The etiology of hysteria is discussed through the following themes: question (Who am I? a man or a woman?), identification (symbolic identification, imaginary identification), primary erogenous zone (oral), sexual attitude (aversion), symptom (conversion), strategy of being (becoming the cause of the Other’s desire), strategy of separation (supplementing of the Other), the fundamental fantasy (a◇A/ ), and desire (unsatisfied desire). H (the hysteric) who participated in Lacanian psychoanalysis (the non-standard analysis) have experienced castration that jouissance has to be refused in order to be attained on the inverse scale of the Law of desire at the end of the analysis. In other words, H found the drive between her desire and fantasy through the analyst’s punctuation and scansion about the signifying chain of conscious and unconscious that unfolded through speech, and embraced castration (-φ) by confronting the lack of the Other (S(A/ )). It makes H accept castration after frustration and privation in the Oedipus processes and transform H from the jouissance of the Other into the phallic jouissance (the separation from the analyst).
After the analysis, H also has the direction of subjective realization of becoming a woman as not-all/ek-sistence to be transformed into the feminine jouissance through identification with the sinthome(the separation from the analysand herself).
Ultimately, the practice of Lacanian psychoanalysis is a work in which the hysteria takes responsibility about her symptom and leads to modification of the mental/personal structure through identification with the sinthome. This structural change means taking different qualitative relation from the previous life.
