해결중심 가족치료를 적용한 집단 모자미술치료가 한부모 가정 모-자 관계, 상호작용 및 의사소통에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Group Mother-Child Art Therapy based on the Solution-focused Family Therapy in the Relationship, Interaction and Communication between Single Mother and Child)

초록

본 연구는 해결중심 가족치료를 적용한 집단 모자미술치료가 한부모 가정 모-자 관계와 모-자간 의사소통 및 상호작용에 어떠한 효과가 있는가에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 한부모 가정의 모와 자녀들로, 아동-청소년 6명과 그들의 어머니 6명으로 구성된 폐쇄집단으로 진행되었다. 전체적인 프로그램은 해결중심 가족치료를 바탕으로 하여 미술치료로서 감정적 교감을 이루고 서로의 강점을 찾을 수 있는 프로그램으로 구성하였다. 또한, 프로그램의 효과성에 대한 객관적 검증을 위해 모자관계, 모-자 상호작용, 부모-자녀간 의사소통 척도로 프로그램 전‧후의 결과를 비교분석하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모-자 관계에서 긍정적인 대화와 반응이 늘어난 반면 부정적인 대화와 반응은 감소했음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 모가 자녀에게 애정을 표현하는 빈도수가 늘어났으며 자녀의 생활에 관심을 더 가지게 되었음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 모-자 의사소통이 활성화 되었으며 솔직하고 개방적인 의사표현의 증가와 부정적인 의사표현의 감소가 확인되었다. 따라서 해결중심 가족치료를 적용한 집단 모자미술치료는 한부모 가정의 모-자 관계, 모-자 상호작용, 모-자 의사소통에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 알 수 있다.

영어초록

The purpose of the research is to evaluate the effects of group mother-child art therapy based on the Solution-focused Family Therapy in the relationship, interaction between single mothers and their children and their communication with each other. For the research, 6 children and the remaining their mothers took closed group in the one single mothers and their children. A total of program that is based on Solution-focused Family Therapy was designed to cooperate and work together to help them learn to understand each other more and discover each other's strengths. In addition to, effect of program's from the first to the last was analyzed with scales of mother-and-child relationship, Parent-Child Interaction(PCI), Parent-Adolescent Communication Inventory(PACI) for objective identification in program's effectiveness. Firstly, the results show that there was the increase of positive communication and interaction in the relationship between single mother and child, while the negative communication and interaction were decreased. Secondly, the results show the increased frequency of expressing the affection to children from single mothers with more concerns with their children's life. Thirdly, it was confirmed that there was the effectiveness that the communication between single mother and child in single parent family became more activated. Also it showed the increase of straightforward and open expression with less negative expression between single mother and child. Based on such results, it can be concluded that group mother-child art therapy based on the Solution-focused Family Therapy has positive effect on mother-child relationships, mother-child interaction and mother-child communication in single parent families.
