코로나19로 인한 비대면 온라인 학습자의 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인연구 (A Study on the Factors Affecting Academic Achievement of Non-face-to-face Online Learners Due to COVID-19)

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 코로나19 상황의 비대면 온라인 학습자의 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 비대면 온라인 수업상황에서 학습참여자의 학업성취도를 증진시키기 위한 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 실시되었다. 연구결과 비대면 온라인 학습상황에서 간호대학생들의 자기통제감은 3.20±.50점, 자기주도학습은 3.73±.57점, 자기 효능감은 3.82±.54점, 학업성취도는 3.42±.48점이었으며, 간호대학생들의 자기주도학습과 자기효능감이 높을수록 학업성취도가 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 변수로는 학교 성적에 대한 만족도와 자기주도학습이 있었고 이중 자기주도학습은 가장 강력한 영향요인으로, 이 변수들은 41.5%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 따라서, 비대면 온라인 학습에서 간호대학생 스스로 학습할 수 있는 능력과 자기효능감을 높이는 프로그램 개발과 학습법을 통해 성적에 대한 만족도를 높이는 것이 학업성취도를 향상될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

영어초록

This study is a descriptive research study to identify factors affecting the academic achievement of non-face-to-face online learners in the COVID-19 situation for nursing students, and education to enhance the academic achievement of learning participants in non-face-to-face online class situations. It was conducted to provide basic data for program development. The subjects of this study were nursing students enrolled in University of J and C, who understood the purpose of this study and agreed to participate in the study. The tools of this study were investigated through a structured questionnaire consisting of a total of 75 items to measure general characteristics, self-control, self-efficacy, self-directed learning ability, and academic achievement. In addition, for the ethical protection of research subjects, research approval was obtained from the Research Deliberation Committee. In addition, the contents of the questionnaire, such as the purpose of the study, consent and refusal to participate in the study, the possibility of giving up in the middle, etc., to ensure anonymity, and to protect privacy and confidentiality, only the researcher can read the data and it is permanently deleted in a way that cannot be restored after the completion of the study. Nursing students who understood the purpose of the study and agreed to participate filled out the questionnaire, and it took about 15-20 minutes to fill out the questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS/Win 23.0 statistical program. Study showed, in the non-face-to-face online learning situation, nursing students’ sense of self-control was 3.20±.50, self-directed learning was 3.73±.57, self-efficacy was 3.82±.54, and academic achievement was 3.42±.48. The academic achievement of college students was positively correlated with self-directed learning (r = .640, p < .001) and self-efficacy (r = .364, p < .001). In other words, it was found that the higher the self-directed learning and self-efficacy of nursing students, the higher their academic achievement. The variables affecting academic achievement were satisfaction with school performance and self-directed learning. Among them, self-directed learning was the most powerful influencing factor affecting academic achievement, and these variables showed an explanatory power of 41.5%. These results suggest that in the Corona 19 situation, most universities conducted non-face-to-face classes and were put in a situation where they had to learn independently. do. In addition, it is understood that self-directed learning has a positive effect on academic achievement by setting goals for self-learning, planning time, establishing and using appropriate learning resources and strategies in the online learning environment. Therefore, through non-face-to-face online learning, through program development and learning methods that enhance the self-learning ability and self-efficacy of nursing students, it is thought that academic achievement can be improved. Since this study was conducted by extracting some nursing students for convenience, the results of the study cannot be generalized, so a repeated study with many nursing students is needed in the future. In addition, I would like to suggest the necessity of developing various programs for the improvement of repeated research and self-directed learning including factors that affect the academic achievement of online learners in non-face-to-face learning situations, and the improvement of the educational environment and the development of learning strategies.
