초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 유아상담 및 미술치료 교과목을 3가지 방식인 2019년 대면수업과 2020년 비대면 수업 및 2022년 대면+비대면 혼합수업으로 진행된 내용을 비교 분석하고강의평가 결과에 따른 개선방법 도출해 다음 학기 수업설계는 물론 앞으로 확대될온라인 환경에서 수업의 질을 높이는데 목적이 있다.
연구방법: 연구대상은 본 수업을 수강한 S대학교 학생 69명 중 53명을 대상으로 하였으며 연구도구로는 S대학교에서 실시한 만족도조사 중 참여도가 높은 2차 강의평가를 사용하였다. 연구방법 및 연구분석은 연도별 수업방식, 운영방식, 평가방법, 강의만족도및 연도간 차이를 분석하였다. 주관식 문항을 분석하고 3개년도 수업내용 등 교과목설계를 비교 분석하였다.
연구결과: 첫째, 2019년 대면수업에 비해 2020년 비대면 수업의 경우 평가의 공정성 부분을 비롯해전제 항목에서 만족도가 가장 낮았으며 2022년 대면+비대면으로 진행된 수업의 만족도가가장 높았다.
둘째, 비대면 수업에서 학생들이 실기에 대한 아쉬움을 나타냈는데 이를 보완하기 위해대면+비대면 혼합의 경우 한주씩 교차로 진행하거나 플립드러닝 등의 교수학습방법을활용하여 학생의 개별화 맞춤형 학습과 자기주도적인 능동학습이 가능한 형식으로 진행해야 한다.
셋째, 실기과목의 경우 학습자들의 만족도와 참여도를 높이기 위해 수업 설계시 비대면주차의 경우 실시간 온라인 수업방식을 적극적으로 도입해야 한다.
연구결론: 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 차후에 주차별 수업 구성에 따라 대면+비대면 혼합수업과 실시간 온라인 수업방식 및 플립드러닝, 1인 미디어 방식 등 다양한 비대면 수업방식 및 플랫폼 개발이 필요하다는 것을 시사한다.

영어초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the contents of earlychildhood counseling and art therapy subjects in three ways: face-to-faceclass in 2019, non-face-to-face class in 2020, and face-to-face +non-face-to-face mixed class in 2022, and deriving improvement methodsaccording to the lecture evaluation results. The object is to improve thequality of classes in the online environment that will be expanded in thefuture as well as class design for the next semester.
Methods: The subjects of this study were 53 students out of 69 students of Suniversity who took this class, and the second lecture evaluation with highparticipation rate among the satisfaction survey conducted at S university wasused as a research tool. The research method and research analysis analyzedthe class method by year, the operation method, the evaluation method, thelecture satisfaction level, and the difference between the years. Essayquestions were analyzed and subject design, such as the contents of classesfor the three years, was compared and analyzed.
Results: First, compared to the face-to-face class in 2019, the non-face-to-face classin 2020 had the lowest level of satisfaction in all items, including the fairnessof evaluation. have.
Second, in the non-face-to-face class, students expressed dissatisfaction withpractical skills. To make up for this, in the case of face-to-face +non-face-to-face mixing, alternately conducted weekly or used teaching and learning methods such as flipped learning to provide students withpersonalized learning and self-directed learning. It should be conducted in aformat that enables active learning.
Third, in the case of practical subjects, real-time online class methods shouldbe actively introduced in the case of non-face-to-face parking whendesigning classes to increase learners' satisfaction and participation.
Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it suggests that it is necessary to developvarious non-face-to-face class methods and platforms such as face-to-face +non-face-to-face mixed classes, real-time online classes, flipped learning, andone-person media methods are needed depending on the class compositionfor each week.
