남편의 양육참여가 만2세 사회정서발달에 미치는 영향:어머니 양육스트레스와 어머니 양육효능감의 이중매개효과 (The Effect of Husband's Participation in Parenting on the Development of Social Emotions at the Age of Two: The Dual Mediating Effect of Mother-Rearing Stress and Mother-Rearing Efficacy)

초록

본 연구는 남편의 양육참여가 만2세 사회정서발달에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 어머니 양육스트레스와 양육효능감의 각각의 매개효과를 확인하고 이중매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 만2세를 키우는 어머니 309명을 대상으로 설문지 조사를 실시하였으며 자료는 SPSS 25.0을 통해 빈도분석, Cronbach’s α 신뢰도, Person의 상관관계를 실시하고 구조방정식모델을 통해 매개효과를 검증하고, PROCESS Macro의 Model 6를 사용하여 이중매개효과 검증을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 만2세 사회정서발달은 남편의 양육참여, 어머니의 양육효능감과는 유의한 정적상관을 나타냈으며 어머니의 양육스트레스와는 유의한 부적상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 남편의 양육참여와 만2세 사회정서발달의 관계에서 남편의 양육참여는 어머니 양육스트레스에 부적으로 유의한 영향을 주는 구조이며, 부분매개효과, 어머니의 양육효능감은 정적으로 유의한 영향을 주는 구조이며 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 셋째, 남편의 양육참여와 만2세 사회정서발달의 관계에서 어머니 양육스트레스와 양육효능감의 이중매개효과는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 상담가가 상담 현장에서 만2세의 사회정서발달에 도움이 될 수 있는 가정환경을 구성 할 수 있도록 통합적으로 도우며 부모에게 도움을 주는 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

영어초록

This study attempted to confirm the mediating effects of mother-rearing stress and parenting efficacy, respectively, and to examine the mediating effects of the husband's participation in parenting on the development of social emotions at the age of two. To this end, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 309 mothers raising the age of two, and the data were correlated with frequency analysis, Cronbach's α reliability, and person through SPSS 25.0, the mediating effect was verified through a structural equation model, and the double mediating effect was verified using PROCESS Macro's Model 6. The analysis results are as follows. First, the two-year-old social emotional development showed a significant positive correlation with the husband's participation in parenting and the mother's parenting efficacy, and a significant negative correlation with the mother's parenting stress. Second, in the relationship between the husband's participation in parenting and the development of social emotions at the age of two, the husband's participation in parenting negatively affects mother-raising stress, and the partial mediation effect and the mother's parenting effectiveness were verified to have a positive significant effect. Third, in the relationship between the husband's participation in parenting and the development of social emotions at the age of two, the double mediating effect of mother-rearing stress and parenting efficacy was found to be statistically significant. These results are intended to provide data to help parents by integrating counselors to form a family environment that can help the development of social emotions for two-year-olds at the counseling site.
