초록

With the establishment of the "Puppet Manchukuo", the surviving statement of the Koreans who were living in Manchuria had a great change. First of all, "Puppet Manchukuo" took "warlord tyranny, building a new country" as the theme, which satisfied the desire for stable life of various ethnic peoples who suffered from long-term tangled warfare in northeast area. Besides this, "Puppet Manchukuo" took the "Benevolent Paradise" and the "Coalition of Five Nationalities" as the faith of founding the state, which gave the illusion of autonomy to the Koreans in Manchuria. Koreans in Manchuria hoped to become the nationals of Puppet Manchukuo, to be equal with other ethnic peoples in the region of Puppet Manchukuo and to enjoy the autonomy. Also they wanted to shake off the bound of "Naisen Ittai(the Unity of Japan and Korea)" policy and clear off the "pro-Japanese" suspects by being a national of the Puppet Manchukuo.
Ahn, SuGil's "North Hometown Complex" also had deep and close connection with the establishment of the "Puppet Manchukuo". Ahn, SuGil, as many Koreans who lived in Manchuria at that period of time, had never helped the Japanese imperialism but hoped to retain the entire living space of Koreans and maintain the community life. Seems to this end, he chose the "National Harmony" which raised by the Puppet Manchukuo. Ahn, SuGil leaned to the "National Harmony" and sometimes utilized its actions. Compared with other people in the same time, he seemed to be more realistic. Thus, it is better to say that he aimed at establishing the survival rights than to say that he was pro-Japanese. Ahn, SuGil advocated that Koreans in Manchuria contribute to the establishment of the Puppet Manchukuo. Meanwhile, he supported the national rights of the Koreans in Manchuria, accepted the agricultural policy of the Puppet Manchukuo positively and tried to fulfill the Korean farmers' concept in Manchuria, which mainly meant to establish the particularity of the Korean farmers in Manchuria. For this reason, Ahn, SuGil tried to establish his social status by realizing the farmers' concept and by the contributions and efforts of the Koreans in Manchuria. In addition, he advocated fulfilling the farmers' concept, because he considered this to be the way of surviving for Korean farmers as the legitimate nationals of the Puppet Muchukuo. This is the true essence of Ahn, SuGil's "North Hometown Complex".
