초록

Zi Chan is an outstanding statesman in Zheng country in the Spring and Autumn Period, who holds the important status in the history of that time. Among the articles about Zi Chan, studying his strategy of governing Zhen country still lacks thoroughly inquiring, which is obviously a weak link.
The country of Zheng is struggling in the crevice which Jin,Chu strives for hegemony, moreover, its home contradictory remains intriguing. Zi Chan summarizes this situation accurately using the word “the country is small but dredging ,and the schools are large but servicing”. Being in power, Zi Chan is facing the huge difficulty and the pressure the adopts different strategies to handle the domestic and foreign business, by which he has obtained the remarkable achievement, and has left behind the eternity fine reputation. Studying Zi Chan’s governing strategies has a vital role in exploring how Zheng country can be surviving safely in the great nations’ crevice in the Spring and Autumn Period and how to understand Zi Chan’s political thoughts and the reasons for fulfilling these strategies.
As a statesman of this specific historical period, the strategies that he adopts has maintained the peace and stability external environment, and keep the stability and unity at home promoting Zheng which has the positive role in promoting Zheng country's development. These are the basic reasons why Zi Chan is loved deeply by his people. The article has mainly utilized the longitudinal analysis and the induction and comparison research technique, comprehensively narrated Zi Chan gd Zi ChZheng's strategy, criticizes his political thoughts quite fairly, which all conforms to the materialism judgment standard, it must have the certain academic value and the society profits from the significance.
