초록

최근 들어 상품에 대한 소비자의 관여도가 높아지고 있고 상대적으로 제품의 수명주기가 짧아지고 있다. 이에 따라 제조 기업 들은 다양한 형태의 제조전략을 펼치면서 상품을 만들어 판매하고 있고, 다수의 제조 기업들은 린 스타트업 제조전략을 활용하여 상품을 만들어 경영성과를 높이고 있다. 린 스타트업은 제품 개발과 기업 발전을 위한 경영 방법의 하나로, 새로운 아이디어를 바 탕으로 제품을 만든 다음 고객의 반응 등을 빠르게 분석해 제품을 개선해가는 방식이다. 엄격한 시장조사를 거쳐 제품을 출시하는 전통적인 제조방식과 달리 린 스타트업은 빠른 피드백을 통한 제품 개발과 실험, 정확한 성과 측정을 통해 고객이 원하는 방향에 집중한다. 이를 통해 낭비를 줄이고 효율성을 극대화하는 것이 린 스타트업의 특징이다. 본 연구는 린 스타업 제조전략이 기업들 의 실질적인 경영성과를 높이는 가를 분석하였고, 린 스타트업 과정에서 소비자의 니즈를 분석하는데 사용되는 상품체험 정보수 집 활동을 제품제작에 반영할 때 체험정보 수집활동이 경영성과를 더 높이는 가를 분석하였다.

영어초록

In recent years, as the involvement of consumers in products has increased and the life cycle of products has been shortened, manufacturing companies are making and selling products in various strategies. As the life cycle of these products shortens, many manufacturing companies are leveraging their start-up strategies to improve their performance. Lean startup is one of the management methods for product development and business development. It is a method to improve the product by quickly making the product based on the idea and analyzing the reaction of the customer. Lean startup is also aimed at efficiently changing the production method of the product. In contrast to the traditional way of launching products through rigorous market research, the lean start-up focuses on customer preferences through product development, experimentation, and accurate performance measurement with rapid feedback. This is a feature of the lean start-up that reduces waste and maximizes efficiency. We analyze whether the companies that produce and sell by utilizing this lean-start strategy increase actual business performance. In addition, we analyzed the effect of experiential marketing on business performance by reflecting customer 's information on product making using product experience marketing which is used to analyze consumer' s needs during the start-up process. The result of the hypothesis test is that product development(Building) strategy, product production (measurement) strategy, product scale expansion (learning) strategy influenced corporate performance. Experience information collection activity came out to have a partial-mediating effects between lean stratup building strategy and corporate performance. It also came out to have a partial-mediating effects between lean stratup measurement strategy and corporate performance. Experience information collection activity came out to have a full-mediating effects between lean stratup learning strategy and corporate performance.
