在日コリアン雑誌『三千里』は1970年代半ば以降、在外同胞に関心が 持たれ、中国と朝鮮族談論を形成した。談論では抗日独立運動を筆頭 に歴史の題材を積極的に活用した。これを通して朝鮮と中国の関係を 説明し、朝鮮族の起源を説明した。また、朝鮮族自治州、文学、歴 史、教育など朝鮮族の社会像全般を扱い、ディアスポラへの関心を談 論で具体化した。 『三千里』では中国、朝鮮族社会、日本、在日コリアン社会の関係を 比較する。特に、中国の少数民族優遇政策と日本の同化政策を中心に 相互居住国を比較した。さらに、文化大革命後、中国の少数民族政策 と朝鮮族社会の態度の変化を懸念するなど、朝鮮族社会に対してメッ セージを発信した。このように、中国談論を通じてコリアン·ディア スポラ間の連帯を確認することができる。 中国談論では朝鮮族社会と本国との関係を説明する。朝鮮族社会と 北朝鮮は歴史·地理的関係に基づいて人的·物的交流が現れる。改革· 開放時代以後、朝鮮族社会が書信、親戚交流の形で韓国と交流する姿 を紹介し、朝鮮族社会と本国の交流様相変化を総体的に扱う。また、 この過程に在日コリアン、朝鮮族、日本人が参加する形で中国談論が 展開されたことが確認できる。『三千里』の中国談論を通して韓半島、 中国、日本が総体的に連携したディアスポラ談論の特殊性を確認する ことができる。

영어초록

A Korean magazine in Japan, 『Sanzenri』 formed discourses on China and Korean residents in China by showing interest in overseas Koreans after the mid-1970s. The discourses actively utilized historical materials starting with the anti-Japanese independence movement. Through this, it explained the relation between Joseon and China, and also the origin of Korean residents in China. Also handling the overall social aspect of Korean presidents in China such as autonomous prefecture, literature, history, and education of Korean residents in China, it concretized the interest in diaspora into discourse.
『Sanzenri』 compared the relation between China and society of Korean residents in China with the relation between Japan and Korean residents in Japan. Especially, it compared both countries of residence focusing on China’s affirmative action for minorities and Japan’s assimilation policy.
Moreover, it delivered messages toward the society of Korean residents in China like worrying about changes in China’s affirmative action for minorities and social attitude of Korean residents in China after the Cultural Revolution. Such Chinese discourses show the solidarity between Korean diasporas.
The Chinese discourses explain the relation between society of Korean residents in China and home country. The society of Korean residents in China and North Korea show human/material exchanges based on the historical/geographical relations. By introducing that the society of Korean residents in China exchanges with Korea in the form of exchanging letters and relatives after the reformation/opening period, it generally handles the changes in the aspect of exchange between society of Korean residents in China and home country. Also, Japanese people participate in this process, so it is possible to see that the Chinese discourses are developing in the form of being participated by Korean residents in Japan, Korean residents in China, and Japanese people. The Chinese discourses of 『Sanzenri』 show the specificity of diaspora discourse generally connected to the Korean Peninsula, China, and Japan.
